Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBusiness Partner: atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças, traduzindo as prioridades de cada negócio em soluções de pessoas que viabilizem resultados.Estrutura organizacional: apoiar decisões sobre headcount, papéis, movimentações e planos de Cargos e Salários.Liderança e desenvolvimento: direcionar estratégias de desempenho, sucessão e capacitação, fortalecendo os gestores como protagonistas da gestão de suas equipes.Cultura e comunicação interna: liderar a agenda cultural do Grupo, conduzir pesquisas de clima e estruturar um plano de comunicação interna eficaz e recorrente.Atração e retenção: estabelecer política formal de retenção de talentos, com metas de redução de turnover e análise de entrevistas de desligamento.Dados e people analytics: estruturar indicadores que sustentem decisões da liderança com base em dados, promovendo o uso de IA na automação de processos. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesOs requisitos esperados são:Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, RH ou áreas correlatas com especializações na área;Vivência sólida e generalista em RH, com experiência em transformação cultural, desenvolvimento,  remuneração e relações trabalhistas;Vivência em ambientes de transformação e crescimento acelerado;Experiência consistente em liderança de equipes.

Excelente se você tiver:Uso de IA para automação de processos de RH;Gestão orçamentária;Espanhol.
