Inscreva-se!Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na defesa institucional da Núclea, transformando sinais dos ambientes regulatório, legislativo e governamental em análises, posicionamentos e estratégias de relacionamento que protejam os interesses da organização, antecipem riscos, identifiquem oportunidades e fortaleçam a reputação institucional ante a autoridades públicas, reguladores, associações e stakeholders estratégicos.Liderar a equipe garantindo alinhamento estratégico, excelência técnica, desenvolvimento de pessoas e execução efetiva da agenda regulatória, legislativa e institucional da Núclea.Monitorar agendas regulatórias, legislativas e institucionais de interesse da Núclea, avaliando impactos, riscos e oportunidades para os negócios.Elaborar assessments, briefings executivos, position papers, notas técnicas e recomendações para suporte à tomada de decisão da alta liderança.Planejar e executar estratégias de relacionamento institucional com reguladores, Poder Executivo, legislativo, reguladores, associações setoriais e stakeholders relevantes.Coordenar a participação da companhia em consultas públicas, audiências, grupos de trabalho, fóruns técnicos e associações representativas.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Jurídica, Compliance, Riscos, Comunicação, Produtos e Negócios, assegurando alinhamento técnico e institucional nas posições da companhia. Consolidar indicadores e elaborar reportes periódicos sobre resultados, riscos, oportunidades e evolução da agenda regulatória.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Graduação em Ciência Política, Administração Pública, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos Específicos: ·       Processo legislativo;

 ·       Análise de impacto regulatório;

 ·       Mapeamento e gestão de stakeholders;

 ·       Estratégias de advocacy e representação institucional;

 ·       Produção de materiais executivos e posicionamentos institucionais;

 ·       Inteligência política e monitoramento regulatório.Idiomas:Inglês - Avançado

Desejáveis:
