Aqui, todas as pessoas são bem-vindas!“Vaga elegível também para pessoa com deficiência ou reabilitada”Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADESGerenciar e executar a estratégia de Relações Governamentais e Institucionais do Grupo Adimax.Representar institucionalmente a companhia perante órgãos governamentais, associações de classe, entidades setoriais e demais stakeholders estratégicos.Monitorar e analisar cenários políticos, legislativos e regulatórios nos âmbitos federal, estadual e municipal, identificando riscos e oportunidades para o negócio.Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de advocacy e posicionamento institucional alinhadas às diretrizes da companhia.Mapear, engajar e fortalecer o relacionamento com stakeholders governamentais e institucionais.Apoiar as empresas do Grupo Adimax e suas lideranças em temas relacionados a relações governamentais, institucionais e regulatórias.Participar de consultas públicas, audiências, fóruns e debates de interesse da companhia.Conduzir reuniões, negociações e interlocuções com autoridades, órgãos públicos e entidades representativas.Elaborar análises, relatórios, posicionamentos institucionais e demais documentos estratégicos.Apoiar projetos de expansão, novas operações e iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócios por meio do relacionamento institucional.Desenvolver e coordenar iniciativas voltadas ao fortalecimento da imagem institucional da Adimax e do Instituto Adimax.Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Comunicação, Jurídico, Compliance, RH, Operações e demais áreas corporativas.Coordenar e promover a evolução da agenda ESG, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia corporativa.Atuar como sponsor do Comitê Multidisciplinar de ESG.Coordenar a governança dos indicadores ESG e o reporte periódico à alta liderança.Acompanhar tendências, regulamentações, benchmarks e demandas relacionadas à sustentabilidade.Representar a companhia junto a clientes, entidades, órgãos reguladores e demais stakeholders em temas ESG.
