Para continuar evoluindo, buscamos craques que acreditem na inovação, no mundo digital, que valorizem as relações verdadeiras e os princípios do cooperativismo, que fomentem negócios e agreguem valor à nossa Cooperativa.O profissional será responsável por prospectar novos associados e novas oportunidades de negócios, principalmente no que tange às linhas de crédito destinadas ao Agronegócio, bem como desenvolver negócios nos demais produtos e serviços da Cooperativa.Também será responsável por compreender as necessidades dos associados, oferecendo um conjunto de soluções para o Agronegócio e identificando oportunidades por meio de uma visão global do negócio e do segmento, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento dos associados e para o crescimento sustentável da Cooperativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar novos associados na carteira de Agronegócios e novas oportunidades de negócios que beneficiem a Cooperativa, os associados e a comunidade, principalmente no que tange as linhas de crédito destinadas ao Agronegócio, assim como, avançando nos demais produtos e serviços da Cooperativa;Entender a necessidade dos associados, ofertando um pacote de soluções do Agronegócio, identificando as oportunidades do setor por meio de uma análise global do segmento;Proporcionar atendimento personalizado e de qualidade aos associados, na busca da retenção e fidelização do associado, mantendo um atendimento consultivo;Orientar os associados nos assuntos financeiros sem influenciar na decisão dele, atuando como consultor financeiro;Definir programa de visitas, conforme procedimentos internos; Responder pelo aumento da carteira de Agronegócios de associados, captação/manutenção e aplicação de recursos;Mobilizar esforços para alcançar metas e resultados duradouros e concretos em conformidade com as diretrizes do Sicoob PRO;Focar suas ações diárias no atendimento às necessidades dos associados, atuando de forma alinhada ao nosso negócio, cultura e valores, zelando pela nossa identidade institucional;Trabalhar cooperativamente, mantendo o bom relacionamento com os pares e superiores, de maneira a integrar esforços rumo aos objetivos do Sicoob PRO;Possuir domínio técnico para atuar nos processos em que está envolvido, utilizando os recursos disponíveis da melhor forma possível, considerando diretrizes internas e externas e observando objetivos, prazos e critérios de qualidade de suas entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior Completo (Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia e/ou áreas afins), desejável Pós, Especialização ou MBA em áreas correlatas.Pré-requisitos:Vivência anterior em instituições financeiras – Área Comercial; Certificação CPA (ANBIMA), desejável certificação C-Pro R.
