Essa posição é fundamental para o desenvolvimento da rede de parceiros da região, garantindo proximidade, suporte comercial e geração de negócios. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com parceiros da região; Promover ações comerciais para atingir e superar as metas estabelecidas; Prospectar novos correspondentes e substabelecidos; Intermediar contatos e negociações entre a empresa e parceiros comerciais; Acompanhar e validar a qualidade das fichas enviadas pelos correspondentes e substabelecidos; Providenciar e encaminhar a documentação necessária para cadastro de novos parceiros; Realizar suporte e treinamento dos correspondentes e substabelecidos ativos; Estabelecer metas, desafios e estratégias comerciais para a rede parceira; Criar, organizar e desenvolver campanhas de incentivo e vendas; Monitorar indicadores comerciais e oportunidades de expansão na região; Atuar como representante da empresa, fortalecendo a presença da marca no mercado.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatórios:

Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Direito, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office; Experiência com vendas, negociação e relacionamento comercial; Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes na região de atuação; CNH categoria B ativa.

Desejáveis:

Experiência no segmento financeiro, crédito ou correspondente bancário; Conhecimento em estratégias de prospecção e gestão de carteira; Vivência com treinamento e desenvolvimento de parceiros comerciais. Competências comportamentais
