Sua atuação envolve a gestão estratégica dos processos relacionados à segurança do trabalho, saúde ocupacional, qualidade e, em muitos casos, meio ambiente, assegurando a redução de riscos, a prevenção de acidentes e a melhoria contínua dos resultados organizacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerenciar e garantir o cumprimento das políticas de Segurança do Trabalho, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente da organização.Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar programas de prevenção de acidentes e promoção da saúde ocupacional.Assegurar a conformidade com normas regulamentadoras, legislações aplicáveis e requisitos de certificações.Coordenar auditorias internas e externas, acompanhando planos de ação e melhoria contínua.Analisar indicadores de desempenho relacionados à segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Liderar investigações de acidentes, incidentes e não conformidades, identificando causas e medidas mitigadoras.Gerenciar treinamentos voltados à segurança, qualidade e conscientização de colaboradores.Apoiar as áreas operacionais na implementação de procedimentos e controles para mitigação de riscos.Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento da área, garantindo a adequada aplicação dos recursos.Promover a cultura de segurança, qualidade e melhoria contínua em todos os níveis da organização.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão da Qualidade, Segurança do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou especialização em Segurança do Trabalho, Gestão da Qualidade, SSMA ou Gestão Integrada (desejável).Experiência em gestão de equipes e liderança de projetos.Vivência na implantação e manutenção de sistemas de gestão da qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente.Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e da legislação aplicável.Experiência com certificações ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.Conhecimento em auditorias internas e externas.Experiência em gestão de indicadores de desempenho e elaboração de planos de ação.Conhecimento em análise de riscos, investigação de acidentes e tratamento de não conformidades.Domínio do Pacote Office e sistemas de gestão.Capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados.Habilidade para tomada de decisão, negociação e resolução de problemas.Excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Visão estratégica e foco em melhoria contínua.Disponibilidade para viagens;Informações adicionaisPacote de benefícios compatível com mercado.
