Responsável por planejar, coordenar e otimizar toda a cadeia de suprimentos da empresa, garantindo que matérias-primas, produtos e informações fluam de forma eficiente desde os fornecedores até o cliente final.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e desenvolver toda a cadeia de suprimentos, garantindo a integração entre Planejamento e Compras. Elaborar estratégias para otimização dos processos de Supply Chain, visando ganhos de produtividade, redução de custos e aumento do nível de serviço. Liderar o processo de S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), assegurando alinhamento entre demanda, produção e disponibilidade de materiais. Gerenciar estoques e indicadores de cobertura, giro, obsolescência e acuracidade. Desenvolver e acompanhar fornecedores estratégicos, negociando condições comerciais, prazos e níveis de serviço. Garantir a eficiência das operações logísticas, incluindo armazenagem, distribuição e transportes. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), estabelecendo planos de ação para melhoria contínua. Identificar oportunidades de automação, digitalização e inovação nos processos da área. Atuar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Industrial, PCP, Financeiro e Operações para assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos corporativos. Gerir orçamento da área e projetos estratégicos relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos. Liderar, desenvolver e engajar equipes multidisciplinares.
