1- Gerenciar, por meio das respectivas coordenações, as atividades de Farmácia, Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF) e OPME, assegurando a integração dos processos e a continuidade do atendimento às unidades assistenciais.2- Desdobrar o planejamento estratégico institucional em metas, planos de ação e prioridades para as áreas sob sua gestão, acompanhando sua execução e os resultados alcançados.3- Liderar e desenvolver as coordenações, definindo responsabilidades, acompanhando o desempenho das equipes, promovendo a capacitação e apoiando a solução de problemas entre as áreas.4- Monitorar indicadores de disponibilidade, nível de serviço, acurácia dos estoques, perdas, vencimentos, consumo, custos e utilização de OPME, conduzindo ações para corrigir desvios e melhorar os resultados.5- Coordenar o planejamento de demanda, abastecimento e estoques, em conjunto com as coordenações e áreas assistenciais, para reduzir rupturas, excessos e compras emergenciais.6- Avaliar oportunidades de eficiência e economicidade, com foco no uso adequado dos recursos, na padronização de processos e na sustentabilidade financeira da operação.7- Supervisionar a governança dos processos de recebimento, armazenamento, distribuição, dispensação e rastreabilidade de medicamentos, materiais e OPME, observando as normas institucionais e os requisitos aplicáveis.8- Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas assistenciais, Compras, Contratos, Qualidade, Financeiro e Tecnologia da Informação para alinhar necessidades, resolver entraves e implantar melhorias.9- Acompanhar auditorias, não conformidades e riscos das áreas sob sua gestão, garantindo a elaboração e o cumprimento dos planos de ação pelas coordenações responsáveis.10- Apresenta periodicamente à direção os resultados, riscos, necessidades de investimento e propostas de melhoria das áreas de Farmácia, CAF e OPME.Requisitos e qualificações· REQUISITOS NECESSÁRIOS: - Graduação completa em Farmácia;- Disponibilidade de horário para trabalhar 5x2 (segunda a sexta) - 08h às 18h - 44h/220h;- Pacote Office avançado/sistemas de gestão hospitalar. · Desejável:- Pós-graduação em GESTÃO HOSPITALAR, LOGÍSTICA, CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS ou áreas afins; - Experiência e vivência mínima de 3 anos e 5 anos na função ou correlatos em segmento hospitalar.NOÇÃO – Básico: - Metodologias de projetos;- LGPD;                                                                                                           - Indicadores. CONHECIMENTO – Intermediário - KPIs de Suprimentos;                                                                                                - Negociações;                                                                                             -ONA;                                                                                                             - Sistemas de Gestão Hospitalar.DOMÍNIO – Avançado - Cadeia de suprimento hospitalar;                                                          - Técnicas de previsão e demanda de estoques;                                  - Gestão de contratos;                                                                               - Gestão de fornecedores; - Técnicas de liderança e gestão de equipes remotas.· Diferencial: possuir fluência em línguas estrangeiras e indígenas será um diferencial. Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais: Alimentação em refeitório local;Estacionamento próprio;Vale-transporte;Credencial SESC.
