Liderança das equipes de TI e Business Intelligence, com atuação na identificação e avaliação de soluções tecnológicas voltadas à otimização de processos. Responsável pelo planejamento de projetos de implantação de sistemas, garantindo o alinhamento entre tecnologia, estratégia do negócio e necessidades dos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nas diferentes etapas dos projetos da área, desde o planejamento e definição de escopo até a implementação, entrega e acompanhamento dos resultados;Coordenar as atividades da área de tecnologia, acompanhando iniciativas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento, evolução e sustentação de soluções;Apoiar a construção, evolução e manutenção de indicadores, relatórios e ferramentas de análise de dados;Atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas da organização, buscando compreender necessidades e garantir que as soluções desenvolvidas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio;Acompanhar a evolução dos projetos e demandas, consolidando informações e proporcionando visibilidade sobre prazos, entregas, riscos e próximos passos;Supervisionar a disponibilidade e o adequado funcionamento dos recursos e soluções de tecnologia utilizados pela organização;Assegurar o cumprimento de processos, procedimentos, metas e prazos relacionados às iniciativas sob sua responsabilidade;Gerenciar o relacionamento com parceiros e fornecedores, acompanhando entregas, contratos, prazos e aspectos financeiros relacionados aos serviços;Garantir a qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações e dados utilizados nas soluções e processos da área;Realizar a gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe, acompanhando desempenho, fornecendo feedbacks e promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional dos colaboradores;Conduzir a equipe utilizando metodologias e práticas de gestão que favoreçam organização, produtividade, colaboração e eficiência nas entregas;Acompanhar o desempenho das soluções e processos de tecnologia, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e promovendo ações de evolução contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Experiência profissional em desenvolvimento, análise de sistemas, tecnologia da informação ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência com desenvolvimento e manutenção de sistemas e soluções tecnológicas;Experiência em análise, tratamento e interpretação de dados, contribuindo para a geração de informações e indicadores para o negócio;Conhecimento técnico em Power BI, incluindo criação, manutenção e evolução de dashboards e relatórios;Conhecimento em conceitos de bancos de dados, incluindo estruturas, consultas, organização, armazenamento e integração de informações;Capacidade de compreender necessidades do negócio e traduzi-las em soluções tecnológicas;
