Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Tecnologia da Informação, que será responsável por liderar a estratégia de TI, estruturar processos e governança, impulsionar iniciativas de transformação digital, aprimorar soluções de Inteligência Artificial e Business Intelligence, além de gerir infraestrutura, segurança da informação, fornecedores e equipe.Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência em liderança, visão estratégica, capacidade de conduzir mudanças e habilidade para atuar como parceiro(a) das áreas do negócio e da alta gestão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a área de Tecnologia da Informação, garantindo a disponibilidade, segurança, desempenho e evolução da infraestrutura tecnológica do escritório.Desenvolver, estruturar e aprimorar processos, políticas e procedimentos de TI, estabelecendo padrões de governança, indicadores de desempenho e boas práticas.Elaborar e executar o planejamento estratégico de tecnologia, alinhando as iniciativas de TI aos objetivos organizacionais e às demandas das áreas de negócio.Gerenciar projetos de implantação, atualização e integração de sistemas, assegurando cumprimento de prazos, custos, qualidade e resultados.Atuar como responsável pela administração e evolução dos sistemas corporativos, incluindo softwares jurídicos, plataformas administrativas, soluções de produtividade e ferramentas de colaboração.Identificar, avaliar e implementar novas tecnologias, com foco em inovação, automação, Inteligência Artificial, Business Intelligence (BI), gestão do conhecimento e aumento da eficiência operacional.Promover iniciativas de transformação digital que contribuam para a otimização dos processos internos e melhoria da experiência dos usuários.Garantir a segurança da informação, continuidade dos serviços, proteção de dados e conformidade com normas internas, requisitos regulatórios e a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).Gerenciar contratos, fornecedores, consultorias e parceiros estratégicos de tecnologia, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho e níveis de serviço (SLAs).Administrar o orçamento da área de TI, buscando eficiência na alocação de recursos e controle dos investimentos.Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe de TI, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo, orientado à alta performance e ao desenvolvimento contínuo.Atuar na gestão de incidentes críticos, conduzindo análises de causa raiz e implementando ações preventivas.Mediar conflitos entre equipes, usuários, fornecedores e demais stakeholders, propondo soluções equilibradas e orientadas ao negócio.Atuar de forma consultiva junto à diretoria e aos sócios, fornecendo análises, indicadores e recomendações para suporte à tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGovernança de TI (ITIL, COBIT ou frameworks equivalentes);Infraestrutura de redes, servidores, virtualização, armazenamento e ambientes em nuvem;Segurança da Informação, gestão de riscos, continuidade de negócios e LGPD;Administração e integração de sistemas corporativos (ERP, CRM, softwares jurídicos e plataformas de gestão documental);Ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI), análise de dados e construção de indicadores;Soluções de Inteligência Artificial, automação de processos (RPA), produtividade e colaboração corporativa;Gestão de projetos utilizando metodologias ágeis e tradicionais (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK ou similares);Gestão de contratos e negociação com fornecedores de tecnologia.Informações adicionaisVR;Auxílio Remoto;Assistência Médica (coparticipativa);OAB.Auxílio Creche.
