Perseguimos sempre o “algo mais” fugindo do normal e esperado, para que possamos surpreender os clientes com ideias inovadoras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e evoluir a arquitetura de software das aplicações e plataformas;Apoiar a definição de padrões para microsserviços, APIs, BFFs, workers e processamento assíncrono;Projetar soluções utilizando principalmente Python e .NET Core;Definir estratégias de integração entre aplicações, ERPs, sistemas legados e serviços externos;Avaliar abordagens de integração síncrona e assíncrona, incluindo REST APIs, filas, eventos e processamento batch;Definir padrões para comunicação entre serviços utilizando soluções como AWS SQS, SNS e EventBridge;Apoiar decisões relacionadas a persistência, cache, consistência de dados e integração entre diferentes fontes de verdade;Definir padrões para arquitetura orientada a domínio e/ou features conforme a complexidade de cada aplicação;Participar de discussões sobre decomposição de sistemas, definição de bounded contexts e responsabilidades dos serviços;Apoiar estratégias de modernização e desacoplamento de aplicações legadas;Definir padrões de autenticação, autorização e integração com provedores de identidade;Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de DevOps e Segurança na definição de arquiteturas seguras e escaláveis;Revisar propostas técnicas, diagramas de arquitetura e decisões estruturais dos times;Criar e manter Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) e padrões de referência;Apoiar desenvolvedores e tech leads na resolução de problemas arquiteturais;Participar de code reviews e provas de conceito quando necessário;Avaliar continuamente novas tecnologias e padrões que possam agregar valor às soluções.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida com:Arquitetura de Software;Sistemas distribuídos;Microsserviços;APIs REST;Arquitetura orientada a eventos;Mensageria e processamento assíncrono;Domain-Driven Design;Clean Architecture;Vertical Slice Architecture;Design Patterns;SOLID;Dependency Injection;Estratégias de cache;Idempotência;Retry e tratamento de falhas;Circuit Breaker;Rate Limiting;Observabilidade;Logging estruturado;OpenTelemetry;Autenticação e autorização;OAuth2 / OpenID Connect;Containers;Conhecimentos técnicos – Backend Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento backend em Python e/ou .NET. Python 3.11+, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2.0/Async, Alembic e Pydantic.

Experiência com processamento assíncrono e APScheduler. .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core e Dependency Injection.

Experiência com Background Services / Workers.

Conhecimento em arquitetura de software, incluindo Feature/Vertical Slice, Clean Architecture e DDD, quando aplicável.
