Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTrabalhar de acordo com as diretrizes do SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde), conforme as políticas públicas de saúde da SMS-SP (Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo) e aplicar as leis e normativas que norteiam a unidade de atuação;Coordenar equipe técnica e administrativa de saúde, planejando e conduzindo reuniões técnicas com as mesmas;Coordenar os processos de trabalho da Unidade (fluxos, rotinas, escalas, informação em saúde, etc);Realizar interlocução entre a Unidade e a Superintendência de Atenção a Saúde;Alinhar as rotinas e fluxos de trabalho com as diretrizes de saúde, promovendo a integração dos serviços em prol do atendimento ao usuário;Planejar ações que promovam a melhoria da qualidade do atendimento à população; bem como as condições de trabalho dos colaboradores;Realizar interface com a rede de interlocução de saúde do território e/ou região que esta submetida e Supervisões Técnicas de Saúde e Coordenadorias Regionais de Saúde;Acompanhar a aplicação dos instrumentos de acompanhamento e avaliação das ações e dos serviços desenvolvidos na Unidade de Saúde, estabelecidos pelos Planos de Trabalhos;Identificar, em conjunto com a equipe multidisciplinar as ações e as práticas a serem adotadas em cada uma das áreas de atendimento, conhecer, diagnosticar e intervir, na lógica do Território de acordo com as necessidades da população;Atuar, de forma integrada e planejada, nas atividades desenvolvidas, quando estas existirem, acompanhando e atendendo a casos, de acordo com os critérios previamente estabelecidos;Acolher os usuários e humanizar a atenção;Promover a gestão integrada e a participação dos usuários nas decisões, por meio de organização participativa com os Conselhos Locais e/ou Municipais de Saúde;Promover a gestão integrada e a participação dos usuários nas decisões, por meio de organização participativa com os Conselhos Locais e/ou Municipais de Saúde;Elaborar estratégias para o bom funcionamento da Unidade;Manter registros de produtividade, preencher e encaminhar relatórios mensais e analisar indicadores de saúde com informações padronizadas pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e da SAS/SECONCI-SP;Garantir o bom funcionamento do serviço/unidade através da manutenção dos insumos necessários, bem como da realização do planejamento, monitoramento, supervisão e avaliação contínua;Avaliar, em conjunto, o desenvolvimento e a implementação das ações e a medida de seu impacto sobre a situação de saúde, por meio de indicadores previamente estabelecidos.Operacionalizar ações e normas de autoridades sanitárias.Representar a Instituição Parceira em reuniões técnicas na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, em eventos e atividades relativas ao Serviço.Apresentar a produção mensal da Equipe de Trabalho para inclusão dos dados no SIAB/SIA-SUS, na Unidade de Saúde que mantém o Programa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em área da saúde;Registro profissional ativo;Especialização/Pós na área de Gestão;Conhecimentos sobre o SUSInformações adicionaisHorário: 40h semanais BenefíciosVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo ConsignadoAtendimento Ambulatorial e Odontológico - SP Parcerias:Incentivo a Educação/UniversidadeFarmáciasSESC
