Planejar, gerir e controlar os recursos humanos e materiais das atividades administrativas, operacionais e comerciais da unidade, minimizando custos e otimizando a utilização dos recursos humanos, materiais e de informação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecer os contratos ativos da Unidade;Assegurar o cumprimento do orçamento previsto para cada contrato;Propor planos de ação para redução dos custos dos contratos;Coletar dados e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da unidade, garantindo que as informações fornecidas à matriz sejam confiáveis;Controlar e garantir o envio dos documentos das obras (cartões de ponto, BDE, medições, fundo fixo, Notas Fiscais, etc.) dentro dos prazos determinados;Avaliar riscos e impactos e monitorar as normas de qualidade, saúde, segurança e meio ambiente estabelecidas, garantindo seu cumprimento;Analisar as planilhas de medição e aprová-las antes de enviar à matriz;Participar da elaboração do plano de folgas e férias dos colaboradores lotados na unidade;Analisar a necessidade de admissão, remanejamento, qualificação e demissão de colaboradores;Promover a conscientização dos colaboradores quanto à pertinência das normas, procedimentos e políticas estabelecidas;Promover reuniões periódicas com os colaboradores da unidade, garantindo a integração dos colaboradores e garantir que as informações pertinentes sejam repassadas a eles;Acompanhar o planejamento das mobilizações e desmobilizações realizadas pela unidade;Controlar a localização de todos os equipamentos lotados na unidade, através do RDE – Relatório Diário de Equipamento e garantir seu envio diariamente à matriz;Controlar as manutenções dos equipamentos através do RDM – Relatório Diário de Manutenção e garantir seu envio diariamente à matriz;Prospectar novos negócios e clientes nas regiões de atuação da unidade;Visitar os clientes periodicamente, identificando suas necessidades e o seu grau de satisfação com os serviços da empresa;Prospectar e desenvolver novos fornecedores e prestadores de serviços nas localidades próximas às unidades;Sugerir melhorias dos fluxos de trabalho;Elaborar relatório gerencial e encaminha-lo mensalmente à matriz.

Requisitos e qualificações Nível superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração de Empresas ou Engenharias

Pacote Office avançado, Curso técnico ou especialização em Logística
