Apostamos e investimos no desenvolvimento da nossa Gente, então venha transformAR o seu futuro!Estamos buscando um Gerente de Vendas B2C!Se você é dinâmico, quer aprender com o e-commerce que é referência em climatização e gosta de desafios, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDe maneira geral você irá gerenciar a rotina comercial dos consultores de vendas online do BC2, garantindo execução do funil de vendas, qualidade no atendimento, produtividade, conversão, cumprimento de metas e disciplina operacional no registro e tratativa das oportunidades.No seu dia a dia você terá como atividades:Definir e executar o planejamento comercial do canal B2C2, com metas de receita, conversão, margem e ticket médio.Gerir o funil de vendas online de ponta a ponta, do tráfego gerado pelo marketing até a conversão e o pós-venda.Acompanhar KPIs do canal (faturamento, taxa de conversão, CAC, ROI, NPS, ruptura) e reportar resultados à diretoria.Definir políticas de preço, campanhas e ações promocionais em conjunto com marketing.Garantir a integração e o alinhamento entre e-commerce, CRM e o time de consultores de vendas online.Analisar mercado, concorrência e comportamento do consumidor para orientar decisões comerciais. Planejar e acompanhar o orçamento do canal, com foco em rentabilidade e retorno sobre investimento.Participar das decisões da liderança comercial, contribuindo com visão de canal digital e do consumidor final.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você tem:Ensino Superior Completo em Gestão Comercial, Markerting e Engenharias;Experiência mínima de 5 anos em vendas, televendas, e-commerce ou áreas comerciais digitais;Experiência com liderança, supervisão ou acompanhamento direto de equipes comerciais;Excel avançado, com domínio de tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV e análise de dados para acompanhamento de vendas, margem e metas;Vivência com plataformas de e-commerce, como SAP Commerce, VTEX ou similares;Conhecimento em CRM de vendas, com atuação em funil, pipeline, SLAs de atendimento e taxas de conversão;Experiência com ferramentas de BI e Analytics, como Power BI, Looker e Google Analytics, preferencialmente GA4;Entendimento do ecossistema digital de atendimento, incluindo WhatsApp Business, chat, ERP, hubs e integrações com plataforma de e-commerce.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: PresencialSegunda a sexta-feiraHorário: das 07:42-12:00 e 13:30-18:00Contrato PJ
