Responsável por gerenciar produtos ou serviços e definir as estratégias para comercialização dos serviços; avalia relatório de resultados das vendas, métricas e índices de performance; desenvolver estudos sobre os potenciais tendência do mercado, elaborar programas de vendas e acompanhar concorrentes com o objetivo de atingir os objetivos da empresa e aumentar seus lucros e verificar as ações para uma boa vendaResponsabilidades e atribuições• Apoiar a elaboração da estratégia comercial do Cluster.• Conduzir o processo de operacionalização da estratégia comercial do Cluster.• Acompanhamento da performance comercial das unidades do Cluster conforme estabelecido em orçamento;• Suporte e análise dos relatórios como forecast, análise da concorrência entre outros em busca de oportunidades;• Fazer o acompanhamento da carteira de clientes da sua equipe, buscando otimização dos resultados, novos leads atingimento das metas;• Garantir o entendimento e aderência das ferramentas e processos padrões da companhia nas unidades de sua carteira;• Acompanhar as informações e novidades de cada mercado de atuação que possam contribuir/interferir de alguma forma no resultado das unidades;• Fazer a interface com os Gerentes Gerais do Cluster, tendo como premissa a estratégia de Vendas e necessidade do empreendimento.• Liderar a equipe de Vendas do Cluster.• Participar das reuniões de conselho quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência na função• Ensino Superior completo, sendo desejável em Administração.• Inglês fluente• Desejável experiência em Power Bi, Salesforce.• Habilitação categoria B e carro próprio.Informações adicionaisA combinar
