Gestão de Carteira e Leads: Prospectar novos clientes e gerenciar a carteira atual por meio de reuniões, visitas, site inspections e ações de relacionamento para atingir e superar as metas. Inteligência de Mercado e Tarifas: Analisar a concorrência e participar ativamente da definição da estratégia tarifária junto à equipe de receitas para otimizar os resultados e o GOP. Gestão no CRM: Acompanhar e manter atualizados todos os dados, produção e históricos no Salesforce. Gestão de Equipes: Liderar as equipes internas de Reservas e Eventos, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e a captação de oportunidades. Processo de RFPs: Gerir as RFPs locais e globais, desde a resposta até o cadastramento das tarifas nos canais de vendas. Planejamento e Vendas Cruzadas: Participar do planejamento estratégico e do orçamento da unidade, estimulando o cross-selling com outros hotéis da rede. Prestação de Contas: Apresentar os resultados quantitativos e qualitativos das ações comerciais nas reuniões mensais com investidores

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Desenvolver e acompanhar atividades de vendas junto à sua carteira de clientes para atingir/superar as metas de orçamento da unidade, bem como de sua carteira.• As atividades podem ser de diversos tipos como visitas, calls, almoço, site inspection, happy hour etc.., buscando promover maior interação e fidelização entre hotéise clientes.• Acompanhar e gerenciar a produção de sua carteira para seu hotel e rede através do Salesforce, garantindo a atualização de todas as informações qualitativas e quantitativas.• Acompanhar e gerenciar a produção de sua carteira para seu hotel e rede através do Salesforce, garantindo a atualização de todas as informações qualitativas e quantitativas. • Garantir a acuracidade das informações registradas, bem como compromisso de manter a ferramenta Salesforce atualizada .Participar e acompanhar o o desenvolvimento das ações estratégicas de marketing local (online e offline) por meio das ferramentas oficiais. • Gerenciar equipes de Reservas e Eventos da unidade, acompanhando não só o cumprimento dos processos e procedimentos, como também buscando a captação de novos leads e oportunidades. • Trabalhar ativamente com a equipe de vendas corporativa (HD) e Hotel Sales dos demais hotéis, incentivando o cross selling não somente de sua carteira de clientes, mas também dos demais vendedores para sua unidade. • Participar da prestação de contas mensalmente com investidores, trazendo as informações qualitativas e quantitativas referentes às ações comerciais e de marketing realizadas no mês e plano de ação futuro.Requisitos e qualificações• Conhecimento no Mercado hoteleiro, Mercado de Eventos, Processos Comerciais;• Superior Completo em hotelaria, marketing e ou turismo;• Experiência na função;• Conhecimento em Excel, Omnibees, TOTVs, Sistema de gestão de hotel.Informações adicionais• Convênio Médico• Convênio Odontológico• Seguro de Vida• Vale Transporte• Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição
