Responsabilidades e atribuições☑️ Liderar o desenvolvimento da equipe comercial, acompanhando desempenho, necessidades de capacitação, treinamentos e reciclagens.☑️ Atuar junto a clientes estratégicos, acompanhando supervisores e vendedores em reuniões de negócio, negociações, contratos e planos de crescimento.☑️ Mapear e implementar melhores práticas de mercado, promovendo melhorias contínuas nos processos e garantindo agilidade no atendimento às demandas comerciais.☑️ Definir e estruturar condições comerciais de acordo com os diferentes segmentos atendidos, considerando pedidos, contratos, negociações e estratégias de visibilidade.☑️ Planejar, acompanhar e analisar campanhas comerciais, avaliando resultados e oportunidades de melhoria.☑️ Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento e acompanhamento com supervisores e equipes de vendas, de forma presencial ou remota.☑️ Analisar indicadores e resultados comerciais, identificando desvios, oportunidades e definindo estratégias para potencializar a performance e garantir o atingimento das metas.☑️ Acompanhar diariamente as propostas e pedidos comerciais, garantindo direcionamento e agilidade na tomada de decisões.☑️ Conduzir alinhamentos de processos com clientes, fortalecendo a parceria comercial e garantindo a execução dos acordos estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificações🔹 Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas;🔹 Pós-graduação ou especialização em áreas relacionadas a Vendas e Gestão será considerado um diferencial;🔹 Experiência consolidada na área comercial, especialmente em posições de liderança e gestão de equipes;🔹 Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;🔹 Disponibilidade para viagens.
