Aqui, cada pessoa é responsável por sua carreira e a leva para onde quiser. 💙 Deu match com o nosso jeito de ser? #VemPraUnidasResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o ciclo de desmobilização de veículos leves, desde a retirada de operação até a destinação final (venda, leilão, retorno a montadoras, etc.);Definir e implementar políticas e procedimentos para desmobilização da frota, garantindo padronização e conformidade;Supervisionar equipes operacionais envolvidas no processo (logística, vistoria, manutenção, preparação e comercialização dos veículos);Analisar indicadores de performance (KPIs) relacionados à desmobilização, como tempo de desmobilização, valor de revenda, perdas operacionais, etc.;Gerenciar contratos com parceiros estratégicos (transportadoras, empresas de leilão, oficinas e centros de preparação);Garantir a integridade dos ativos desmobilizados, assegurando condições ideais para maximizar o valor de revenda;Colaborar com as áreas de logística, manutenção, comercial, tecnologia e financeiro para otimizar processos e reduzir custos;Acompanhar o mercado secundário de veículos, contribuindo com insights para precificação e estratégias de revenda;Assegurar a rastreabilidade documental e contábil dos veículos desmobilizados, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis;Implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos de desmobilização, com foco em eficiência operacional e resultados financeiros.#LI-MH1#LI-ONSITE

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Gestão de Frotas ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação será considerado diferencial.Experiência:Sólida experiência em gestão de frota, operações logísticas ou desmobilização de ativos, preferencialmente no setor de locação de veículos leves ou automotivo;Vivência com gestão de equipes, indicadores e projetos de melhoria contínua.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Conhecimento em logística reversa, processos de venda e leilão de veículos, avaliação de veículos seminovos.Pacote Office avançado; desejável conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de frotas (ERP, TMS, etc.).Competências Comportamentais:Liderança e gestão de equipes;Organização e planejamento estratégico;Foco em resultados e indicadores;Habilidade de negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores;Tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas;Visão analítica e sistêmica.Informações adicionaisConvênio Médico;Convênio Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação;Cartão Farmácia;WellHub;Clube de Vantagens;Carro da empresa;Cartão flex;Programa de Lucros e Resultados.
