Venha fazer parte dessa jornada e trilhar um caminho que transforma.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Gerente Executivo de Engenharia e Manutenção, responsável por liderar frentes estratégicas de planejamento, manutenção, eficiência energética, gestão financeira, fornecedores e infraestrutura da RD Saúde.Essa posição terá papel relevante na sustentabilidade, eficiência e confiabilidade operacional de uma estrutura de grande porte e alta capilaridade, composta por farmácias e centros de distribuição em todo o Brasil. Será responsável por apoiar decisões estratégicas relacionadas a investimentos, gestão de ativos e infraestrutura, garantindo equilíbrio entre eficiência financeira, qualidade e continuidade da operação.Principais responsabilidades:Liderar as frentes de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM), eficiência energética, planejamento e gestão financeira da operação;Gerir o planejamento, acompanhamento e execução dos orçamentos de CAPEX e OPEX, assegurando eficiência na alocação dos recursos;Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores, forecast e governança dos investimentos relacionados à manutenção, reformas, ampliações e infraestrutura;Conduzir a gestão estratégica de fornecedores e contratos, acompanhando performance, níveis de serviço, custos e pagamentos;Garantir a confiabilidade e continuidade operacional das farmácias e centros de distribuição, antecipando e mitigando riscos operacionais e financeiros;Liderar gestores e equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo alta performance, produtividade, eficiência e melhoria contínua;Desenvolver e aprimorar processos, controles, modelos de acompanhamento e mecanismos de governança que suportem a expansão e a crescente complexidade da operação;Identificar oportunidades de otimização de custos, eficiência operacional e melhoria da gestão de ativos e infraestrutura;Atuar em parceria com a alta liderança na definição da estratégia da área, construção de cenários e tomada de decisões de alto impacto para o negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia, preferencialmente Engenharia Civil, de Produção, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consolidada em posições de liderança em manutenção, facilities, engenharia, gestão de ativos ou operações de grande porte;Sólida experiência em gestão de CAPEX e OPEX, planejamento orçamentário, forecast e indicadores financeiros;Experiência na gestão estratégica de fornecedores, contratos de grande porte e operações complexas de infraestrutura;Conhecimento consistente em PCM, manutenção preventiva, gestão de ativos e indicadores de manutenção;Experiência na liderança de gestores e equipes multidisciplinares;Desejável experiência em ambientes de alta capilaridade e complexidade operacional, como varejo, supermercados, hospitais, logística, indústria ou segmentos similares.Buscamos uma liderança com forte senso de dono e visão de negócio, capaz de equilibrar excelência operacional, disciplina financeira e gestão de pessoas.Forte capacidade analítica, financeira e de planejamento;Elevado nível de atenção à qualidade, confiabilidade e gestão de riscos operacionais;Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, com alto volume de demandas e constantes priorizações;Habilidade para influenciar, negociar e tomar decisões em contextos de alta complexidade;Visão estratégica aliada à capacidade de execução;Liderança próxima, com foco no desenvolvimento das pessoas e construção de equipes de alta performance.Informações adicionaisSão mais de 40 benefícios pensados pra você e pra sua família. 🩺 Assistência Médica (custo em folha mensal + coparticipação) 🩺 Assistência Odontológica 🩺Telemedicina sem custo para o funcionário 🩺 Benefício farmácia 🩺 Terapia 🩺 Plataformas Saúde Física e bem estar 👨🏻‍🍳 Restaurante no local 🚏 Vale transporte - 3% de desconto em folha 🚉 Fretado Gratuito saindo do terminal de ônibus Osasco, estação Lapa (linha 7 Rubi) e Metrôs Butantã, Tatuapé, Santo Amaro e Largo Taboão da Serra 🦺 Seguro de vida 💪🏻 Wellhub 💪🏻 Academia RD 📗 Universidade RD 🎉 NiveRD - Day off de aniversário 💰 PLR - participação nos resultados ⏰ Jornada flexível 🎄 Cesta Natal
