O executivo será responsável por conduzir a evolução da operação em um momento estratégico de crescimento e transformação do negócio, atuando em parceria com as áreas de Tecnologia, Produtos, Comercial e Relacionamento com Clientes.Principais ResponsabilidadesLiderar as áreas de Operações, Conciliação Financeira, Backoffice, Customer Operations, Prevenção a Fraude e PLDAcompanhar e garantir disponibilidade, estabilidade e performance dos ambientes operacionais e transacionais juntamente com o time de Tecnologia.Estruturar indicadores de produtividade, eficiência operacional, qualidade e satisfação de clientes.Desenvolver estratégias de automação e uso de IA para digitalização, produtividade e ganho de escala.Gerenciar orçamento, custos operacionais e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.Atuar na gestão de riscos operacionais, compliance, auditorias e requisitos regulatórios.Liderar programas de transformação operacional e crescimento sustentável.Garantir atendimento aos SLA's acordados com clientes e parceiros.Conduzir relacionamento executivo e operacional com bancos, fintechs, bandeiras, reguladores e clientes estratégicos.Trabalhar de forma integrada com Tecnologia e Produtos para lançamento de novas soluções e evolução da plataforma.Desenvolver e fortalecer a cultura de alta performance, accountability e foco no cliente.Requisitos EssenciaisFormação superior completa.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão, Negócios, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência executiva em empresas de meios de pagamento, adquirência, emissão de cartões, fintechs, bancos ou processadoras.Vivência com operações críticas de alta disponibilidade e grande volume transacional.Experiência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.Forte atuação em transformação operacional e gestão por indicadores.Conhecimento de processos relacionados a emissão, adquirência, processamento e serviços financeiros.DiferenciaisExperiência em BaaS, Banking, Core Banking ou soluções financeiras digitais.Conhecimento de PCI DSS e normas regulatórias do setor.Atuação anterior em empresas como Fiserv, Dock, Conductor, CSU, Elo, Cielo, Rede, Getnet, Stone, PagSeguro, Banco Pan, Banco Inter, Banco Original, Mercado Pago, Picpay ou similares.Inglês e Espanhol avançado.
