Vamos juntos #Begreen nessa transformação? #Juntossomosmaisgreen.Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um(a) Gerente Field Service para liderar o planejamento, coordenação, execução e controle de projetos de infraestrutura crítica, garantindo que as obras e implantações sejam realizadas dentro dos padrões técnicos, de qualidade, prazo, custo, segurança e disponibilidade exigidos para ambientes de missão crítica, tais como Data Centers, Salas Críticas, Salas de Engenharia, NOCs, SOCs e instalações de infraestrutura de suporte.

Gerenciar projetos de infraestrutura crítica desde a fase de concepção até a entrega final e operação assistida.Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares de engenharia, construção, comissionamento e operação.Planejar, controlar e acompanhar cronogramas, orçamentos, riscos e recursos dos projetos.Gerenciar fornecedores, empreiteiras, fabricantes e prestadores de serviços especializados.Garantir a conformidade dos projetos com normas técnicas, regulatórias e requisitos de clientes.Liderar reuniões de acompanhamento, definição de escopo e alinhamento com stakeholders internos e externos.Realizar gestão de mudanças, análise de riscos e mitigação de impactos ao negócio.Supervisionar atividades de instalação, testes integrados, startup, comissionamento e entrega dos sistemas.Garantir a aplicação das melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projetos, saúde, segurança e meio ambiente.Elaborar e apresentar relatórios executivos, indicadores de desempenho e status dos projetos para a alta gestão.Promover a padronização de processos e a melhoria contínua na execução dos projetos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário experiência comprovada em projetos e obras envolvendo:Data Centers (Tier I, II, III ou IV).Salas Críticas e Ambientes de Missão Crítica.Salas de Engenharia e Operação.Sistemas elétricos de média e baixa tensão.UPS (No-Breaks) e bancos de baterias.Geradores e sistemas de transferência automática.Sistemas de climatização de precisão (HVAC).Sistemas de detecção e combate a incêndio.Sistemas de monitoramento e automação predial (BMS).Cabeamento estruturado e infraestrutura de telecomunicações.Sistemas de segurança eletrônica e controle de acesso.Gerenciamento de Projetos:Planejamento e controle de cronogramas.Gestão financeira e controle orçamentário.Gerenciamento de contratos.Gestão de riscos e mudanças.Metodologias PMI, PMBOK, Agile e práticas de governança.Gestão de stakeholders.Coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares.
