Gente com vontade de facilitar a vida financeira das pessoas e impulsionar negócios! Tá a fim de uma carreira que rende mais? Confira essa oportunidade e #VemProPags!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar os processos de fechamento contábil e financeiro das empresas do grupo, assegurando o cumprimento do calendário e a integridade dos saldos.Liderar as conciliações contábeis e financeiras dos produtos, conduzindo análise de causa raiz e tratativa estruturante das divergências.Garantir a qualidade e a tempestividade dos reportes regulatórios ao Banco Central (CADOCs) e demais órgãos reguladores.Estruturar e monitorar controles internos e indicadores (KPIs) que assegurem a confiabilidade das informações contábeis e financeiras.Assegurar a consistência entre sistemas operacionais, razão contábil e demonstrações financeiras.Coordenar projetos de automação e melhoria contínua dos processos da área, reduzindo atividades manuais.Atender e responder às demandas de Auditoria Interna, Auditoria Externa, SOx, Compliance e Riscos, conduzindo os planos de ação.Avaliar impactos contábeis, financeiros e regulatórios de novos produtos, apoiando as áreas de Produtos e Tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em gestão de equipes nas áreas de controladoria, contabilidade ou controle financeiro.Experiência em instituições financeiras, instituições de pagamento ou fintechs.Conhecimento avançado em COSIF, normas do Banco Central e reportes regulatórios (CADOCs).Experiência em rotinas de fechamento contábil e conciliações contábeis e financeiras.Experiência com produtos financeiros, tais como Renda Fixa, Renda Variável, Derivativos, Operacões de crédito, Seguros Câmbio, Cartões, Adquirência e demais arranjos de pagamento.Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em controles internos e gestão de riscos.Pacote Office avançado, com domínio de Excel para análises e controles.Conhecimento intermediário em Power BI e SQL.Informações adicionaisPara se destacar nesta posição seria legal se você também tivesse:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas afins.Vivência com ERP SAP e sistemas contábeis integrados.Experiência com ferramentas de automação e projetos de transformação digital.Vivência prévia em ambiente SOx e atendimento a auditorias.Experiência em ambientes de crescimento acelerado (fintech).
