Confira mais detalhes desta oportunidade abaixo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTerá como principais responsabilidades e atribuições:Responsável pelo desenvolvimento das atividades de Finance no Brasil e desenvolvimento da equipe sob sua gestão;Acompanhar os entregáveis e a melhoria das estruturas de Contas á Pagar, Contas à Receber, Fiscal e Contábil;Desenvolver as estruturas de Budget e Cashflow e acompanhar os realizados;Atuar como Business Partner, compreendendo e aprofundando sobre o entendimento de necessidades do negócio;Estabelecer modelos de análise financeira e fornecer forte suporte para a tomada de decisões das equipes de e-commerce;Entender as regras de liquidação da plataforma de e-commerce e ser responsável por acompanhar e coordenar a lógica de processamento financeiro nas plataformas de e-commerce;Oferecer suporte através de sua equipe, aos departamentos nos processos de negócios das plataformas de e-commerce, padronizar as operações e evitar riscos financeiros;Apresentar as análises e relatórios mensais de negócios de equipes de e-commerce;Construir e melhorar o sistema de avaliação das operações das linhas de negócios, incluindo entre outros, análise de receita, custo, despesa e eficácia da atividade de marketing;Comparar o orçamento mensal, trimestral e anual das linhas de negócios e analisar profundamente os razões dos resultados operacionais;Construir modelos de análises financeiras (P&L) correspondentes para fornecer um suporte de dados para tomada de decisões da empresa;Reportar-se diretamente para o CEO e paralelamente ao CFO da companhia em Hangzhou / China;Ser responsaável pelas aprovações de pagamentos em sistema próprio, após fluxo de aprovações;Desenvolver políticas e processos financeiros, junto ao time financeiro com objetivo de melhorar continuamente os entregáveis e o relacionamento interno;Demais atividades da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil Desejável:Superior completo em Administração, Ciência Contábeis/Contabilidade, Ciência Econômica/Economia ou correlatas;Especialização/MBA em Ciência Econômica, Planejamento Financeiro ou correlatas;Desejável experiência no segmento de E-Commerce.Conhecimento e Habilidade Esperado:Bons conhecimentos de PDCA;Habilidade para lidar em ambientes transformadores e rápida evolução;Habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal com fácil e objetiva comunicação e escrita;Capacidade analítica e operacional;Pacote Office Intermediário (Word, Excel e Power Point).Requisito Obrigatório:Inglês: avançado a fluente.Não é requisito obrigatório mas é um diferencial:Mandarim: avançado a fluente.Informações adicionaisNeste desafio, você poderá vivenciar o momento de implantação de uma empresa multinacional no Brasil.Devido a estarmos em um momento de criar conexões, estabelecimento de vários processos e desenvolvimento de nossa cultura, estamos trabalhando em regime Presencial.Conheça um pouco das informações da posição:Vale Refeição: R$ 40,00 ao dia;Vale Alimentação: R$ 300,00 ao mês;Assistência Médica: Porto Seguro, 100% custeado pela empresa ao Funcionário;Assistência Odontológica: Porto Seguro, 100% custeado pela empresa ao Funcionário;Seguro de Vida: 12 múltiplos salariais para trazer segurança e conforto aos seus familiares.#vemprajetcommercebrasil
