A A3 Consultoria atua em âmbito nacional apoiando organizações no desenvolvimento de pessoas e negócios, com foco em decisões estratégicas e resultados sustentáveis.Neste projeto, assessoramos um cliente do segmento de Varejo (supermercado) na condução de um processo seletivo para a posição de Gerente Geral de Recebimento de Mercadorias (varejo). O processo é conduzido por consultores especialistas, com abordagem estruturada, criteriosa e confidencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir integralmente a operação de recebimento de mercadorias, garantindo produtividade, qualidade, segurança e organização;

Assegurar a eficiência do fluxo de mercadorias desde o recebimento e conferência até sua disponibilização para a operação;

Identificar divergências, falhas, perdas, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;

Liderar equipes e respectivas lideranças, estabelecendo prioridades, responsabilidades e direcionamentos;

Desenvolver colaboradores e gestores da operação, fortalecendo desempenho, autonomia e capacidade de execução;

Planejar recursos, pessoas e ações conforme volume de mercadorias, sazonalidade e necessidades das lojas;

Antecipar demandas operacionais, reduzindo uma atuação predominantemente reativa;

Gerenciar indicadores operacionais, de pessoas e de desempenho das lojas relacionados à área;

Analisar desvios de indicadores e estruturar planos de ação, acompanhando sua implementação e efetividade;

Padronizar procedimentos e assegurar disciplina operacional em toda a área;

Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, utilização de EPIs, requisitos legais, organização e limpeza;

Atuar de maneira integrada com Gerentes e Subgerentes de Loja, Logística, RH/DP, Manutenção e demais áreas de suporte;

Administrar estrutura de pessoal, headcount, horas extras, banco de horas e recursos necessários para a operação;

Controlar orçamento e custos da área, buscando equilíbrio entre produtividade, qualidade e resultado;

Promover uma cultura de execução, acompanhamento e melhoria contínua da operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável Ensino Superior completo  em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Sólida experiência em gestão operacional de recebimento e liderança de equipes;Vivência  no segmento do varejo (supermercado, atacarejo, ou centros de distribuição logística);Domínio de indicadores operacionais, produtividade, dimensionamento de pessoal e planos de ação;Capacidade de atuar de forma integrada com áreas operacionais e administrativas;Disponibilidade para movimentar e atuar em todas as lojas (Goiânia e região metropolitana).Informações adicionais💰Salário: Compatível com o mercado (estamos trabalhando com pretensão salarial para a vaga)⏰Horário de trabalho:  Disponibilidade para atua de Segunda a Sábado conforme demanda📍Local de Trabalho: Goiânia/GO🖊️Regime de Contratação: P.J.
