A BRN é a realização de aspirações e a construção de um futuro melhor para todos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir objetivos e metas para cada projeto em alinhamento com a estratégia da empresa.Coordenar a análise do mercado para identificar oportunidades e definir características dos projetos.Gerir processos relacionados à aprovação de projetos junto a órgãos públicos e entidades reguladoras.Acompanhar o registro de incorporações imobiliárias e as negociações com investidores e parceiros.Liderar equipes de arquitetura, engenharia, jurídico, comercial e marketing para garantir o alinhamento entre as áreas.Acompanhar a elaboração e revisão dos projetos arquitetônicos, estruturais e complementares.Desenvolver e monitorar o cronograma físico e financeiro dos projetos.Garantir que todas as etapas sejam concluídas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Representar a empresa perante órgãos públicos, associações e outros agentes do mercado imobiliário.Identificar e mitigar riscos associados aos projetos, como atrasos, custos excedentes e entraves legais.Garantir que todos os empreendimentos estejam em conformidade com legislações urbanísticas, ambientais e trabalhistas.Avaliar oportunidades de expansão do portfólio de projetos.Promover a inovação em processos e produtos para aumentar a competitividade da empresa.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais sobre o andamento dos projetos e incorporá-los à estratégia corporativa.Apresentar resultados à alta gestão, destacando indicadores de desempenho, custos, prazos e lucros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Completa em Arquitetura ou Engenharia;Gestão de Equipe;Gestão de Projetos;Autocad.
