Ser responsável pela gestão estratégica e operacional da indústria de esmagamento de grãos

em Passo Fundo, assegurando alta performance, eficiência e segurança na produção de óleo degomado e farelo. Liderar pessoas, processos e indicadores, impulsionando ganhos de produtividade, redução de custos, qualidade e melhoria contínua, conectando a operação às estratégias e aos resultados do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Gestão da ProduçãoPlanejar, coordenar e controlar todas as etapas do esmagamento dos grãos e da extração do óleo, garantindo que os volumes e prazos de produção sejam cumpridos.Otimizar a operação dos equipamentos para maximizar a extração do óleo e garantir um alto rendimento do farelo.Monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs) como taxa de extração de óleo, qualidade do farelo, eficiência energética e consumo de insumos.2. Controle de QualidadeGarantir que o óleo degomado e o farelo atendam aos padrões exigidos pelo mercado e pelas normas regulatórias (exemplo: ANVISA, MAPA, FDA).Supervisionar análises laboratoriais para verificar teor de óleo, umidade, acidez e presença de impurezas nos produtos.Implementar e manter certificações de qualidade (exemplo: GMP+, ISO 9001, HACCP).3. Gestão de ManutençãoGarantir a manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos, como prensas, extratores, evaporadores, caldeiras e secadores.Reduzir paradas não planejadas e aumentar a vida útil dos equipamentos.Trabalhar com equipes de engenharia e manutenção para planejar upgrades tecnológicos e melhorias na planta.4. Sustentabilidade e SegurançaImplementar práticas para reduzir consumo de energia e água, além do controle de emissões atmosféricas e resíduos industriais.Assegurar cumprimento de normas ambientais e de segurança do trabalho (NRs, FEPAM, IBAMA, órgãos estaduais).Promover uma cultura de segurança, com treinamentos para operadores e técnicos.5. Gestão de PessoasCoordenar e motivar equipes de operação, manutenção, qualidade e logística.Garantir capacitação contínua e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.Implementar planos de sucessão e retenção de talentos.6. Gestão de Custos e IndicadoresControlar custos operacionais, incluindo consumo de energia, uso de catalisadores, manutenção e insumos.Monitorar indicadores como custo por tonelada processada, eficiência da extração e margem operacional.Trabalhar em conjunto com o setor financeiro para garantir lucratividade e otimização dos custos de produção.7. Interface com Comercial e LogísticaTrabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de Originação de Grãos (Comercial) para garantir disponibilidade de matéria-prima (soja e canola) com melhor relação custo-benefício.Coordenar expedição e estoque de óleo degomado e farelo, garantindo que os produtos cheguem ao destino no prazo e em condições ideais.Relacionar-se com transportadoras e clientes para garantir fluidez na logística.8. Melhoria Contínua e InovaçãoAnalisar e propor inovações tecnológicas para aumentar eficiência e reduzir perdas.Implementar metodologias como Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Manutenção Produtiva Total) e Six Sigma para otimizar processos.Buscar novas alternativas energéticas e projetos sustentáveis.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo.Experiência em gestão industrial em esmagamento/processamento de grãos.Experiência com gestão de produção, manutenção, qualidade e custos.Vivência em gestão de pessoas e liderança de equipes.Conhecimento em indicadores, melhoria contínua, segurança e eficiência operacional.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Passo Fundo/RS.
