Estamos formando nosso time para a nova fábrica de massas e buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em gestão de produção industrial, liderança de equipes e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho.O Gerente de Produção será responsável por planejar, coordenar e acompanhar as operações produtivas da unidade, garantindo o cumprimento do planejamento de produção, dos padrões de qualidade e segurança, dos indicadores de produtividade e dos resultados estabelecidos pela empresa.O profissional terá papel estratégico na estruturação e consolidação da operação da nova fábrica, contribuindo para a formação das equipes, implantação dos processos, melhoria contínua e desenvolvimento de uma cultura voltada para segurança, qualidade, eficiência e resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, coordenar e supervisionar as atividades de produção da unidade, garantindo o cumprimento do planejamento e das metas estabelecidas;Participar da estruturação e implantação da operação das novas fábricas;Gerenciar as equipes de produção, promovendo o desenvolvimento, acompanhamento e engajamento dos colaboradores;Definir e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da produção, como produtividade, eficiência, perdas, rendimento, disponibilidade e custos;Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança dos alimentos, higiene e Boas Práticas de Fabricação;Acompanhar o desempenho das linhas de produção, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e redução de perdas;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e padrões estabelecidos para os processos produtivos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Alimentos, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Química, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em gestão de produção industrial;Experiência com gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de lideranças;Experiência com gestão de indicadores de produção e resultados;Experiência em planejamento e controle da produção;Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão e melhoria contínua;Conhecimento de processos de qualidade e segurança dos alimentos;Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente e acompanhar a operação da unidade;Disponibilidade para atuar de acordo com as necessidades da operação.Será considerado diferencial:Experiência em indústria alimentícia;Experiência em indústria de massas, alimentos secos ou produtos similares;Experiência com implantação ou start-up de novas fábricas;Experiência com linhas de produção automatizadas;Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing;Conhecimento em TPM;Conhecimento em metodologias de solução de problemas;Experiência com gestão de custos industriais;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Industrial, Gestão de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
