Principais responsabilidadesLiderar e estruturar a área Jurídica, definindo processos, políticas, fluxos e modelos de atuação que assegurem eficiência operacional, segurança jurídica e suporte às áreas de negócio.Gerenciar o contencioso judicial e administrativo, definindo estratégias, teses e prioridades para demandas de alta complexidade, com acompanhamento de indicadores, riscos, passivos e resultados.Coordenar escritórios jurídicos externos, assegurando qualidade técnica, alinhamento estratégico, cumprimento de prazos, eficiência de custos e adequada gestão das provisões jurídicas.Prestar assessoria jurídica estratégica às áreas de negócio e à alta liderança, apoiando decisões, projetos e operações relevantes e antecipando potenciais riscos legais, financeiros e reputacionais.Liderar a elaboração, análise e negociação de contratos nacionais e internacionais, incluindo operações com parceiros estratégicos no Brasil, América Latina e Estados Unidos, garantindo aderência às diretrizes corporativas.Atuar em questões regulatórias e institucionais, mantendo relacionamento estratégico com órgãos e entidades como INMETRO, ANTT e ANVISA e assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações aplicáveis às operações.Conduzir negociações jurídicas de alto impacto, incluindo tratativas com órgãos públicos e Ministério Público, buscando soluções que preservem os interesses da companhia e reduzam sua exposição a riscos e passivos.Desenvolver e fortalecer programas de compliance e políticas corporativas, promovendo padrões de integridade, controles internos e cultura de conformidade em alinhamento às diretrizes globais do grupo.Liderar a governança de proteção de dados e a implementação da LGPD, estabelecendo políticas, processos, controles, treinamentos e mecanismos de governança para garantir a adequada gestão dos dados pessoais.Assessorar a companhia em governança corporativa e assuntos societários, incluindo atos societários, reorganizações, M&A, estruturação documental e suporte jurídico às decisões dos órgãos de administração.Participar de comitês e fóruns estratégicos da companhia, contribuindo com visão jurídica para decisões da alta liderança e promovendo integração entre o Jurídico, as áreas internas e a matriz do grupo.Atuar preventivamente em temas de maior exposição ao negócio, especialmente nas áreas ambiental, consumerista, trabalhista, tributária, empresarial e regulatória, propondo medidas para redução de riscos e fortalecimento da segurança jurídica.
