Nossas 2 fábricas, com capacidade produtiva superior a 500 milhões de litros por ano, nossa ampla capacidade logística em todo país, somado a um terminal de óleos básicos e uma rede de Distribuidores, atendem mais de 100 mil clientes com nossas grandes marcas, reconhecidas pela sua excelência e qualidade: Texaco Lubrificantes e Ipiranga Lubrificantes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição e resumo do cargo:Buscamos um(a) Gerente Jurídico para liderar a estruturação e consolidação da área jurídica da companhia, atuando como parceiro estratégico do negócio e apoiando a alta liderança na tomada de decisões. Esta posição será responsável por conduzir a internalização da atuação jurídica atualmente suportada por parceiro externo, garantindo segurança jurídica com agilidade, pragmatismo e forte visão empresarial.

Principais atividades:Estruturar e consolidar a área jurídica da companhia.Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças e áreas de negócio.Garantir a gestão transversal dos temas jurídicos, incluindo frentes comerciais, trabalhistas, concorrenciais, societárias, regulatórias e contenciosas.Desenvolver processos, governança, políticas, fluxos e indicadores da área.Gerir escritórios externos e definir estratégias de internalização e terceirização.Antecipar riscos e construir soluções que suportem os objetivos do negócio.Conduzir a transição para uma estrutura jurídica própria, com visão integrada dos riscos da companhia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré-requisitosFormação em Direito e OAB ativa.Experiência sólida em Jurídico Corporativo.Experiência em posições de liderança.Atuação generalista, com exposição a múltiplas disciplinas jurídicas.Experiência assessorando alta liderança.Inglês avançado
