A função de Gerente de Logística tem como objetivo realizar a gestão do deposito local, para atendimento das estratégias definidas pela empresa e pelo Head Logística.Durante o processo seletivo, na primeira abordagem iremos no apresentar e falar qual a empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar de perto as metas da operação (como o ritmo de expedição e recebimento) e garantir que a equipe entregue os resultados esperados com qualidade.Administrar o dia a dia do centro de distribuição, garantindo que tudo funcione dentro do padrão da empresa.Realizar controle de estoque, rotinas de organização e contagem de estoque, garantindo que o que está no sistema seja o que está fisicamente no armazém.Ter um olhar curioso para identificar gargalos ou processos demorados e colocar em prática soluções que facilitem o trabalho de todos.Estar próximo dos supervisores, coordenadores e líderes de turno, ajudando no desenvolvimento e engajamento dessas lideranças.Cuidar do orçamento da área, sempre buscando formas inteligentes de economizar sem perder a qualidade da operação.Garantir que o CD seja um ambiente seguro para todos, respeitando rigorosamente as normas de segurança do trabalho e órgãos fiscalizadores.Auxiliar a equipe de RH naescolher novos talentos, além de apoiar nos treinamentos e ações para reter a equipe.Ser ponte entre a operação e as outras áreas da empresa, garantindo que todos estejam remando para a mesma direção.Montar os relatórios da área de forma clara e apresentar os números e planos de ação para a diretoria e lideranças acima.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de InstruçãoEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatasCompetências DesejadasLogística e cadeia de suprimentosGestão de estoqueGestão de equipeControle orçamentoConhecimento em operações logísticaInformações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Será informado no convite para entrevista, mas entre os nosso diferencias está premiação sobre resultados.
