Buscamos um(a) Gerente de OEM para liderar a estratégia comercial da PETRONAS, atuando no desenvolvimento de negócios, gestão de clientes estratégicos e expansão da presença da companhia no mercado.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia comercial da vertical OEM, garantindo o atingimento dos resultados e do orçamento da área;Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para crescimento do negócio, considerando tendências e oportunidades de mercado;Gerenciar preços, rentabilidade e contratos, buscando o equilíbrio entre crescimento e proteção de margem;Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos e decisores de alto nível no segmento automotivo e industrial;Gerenciar o pipeline de vendas, identificando novas oportunidades de negócio e conduzindo estratégias de prospecção e desenvolvimento de clientes;Estruturar e desenvolver a frente de Private Label, da qualificação de parceiros à negociação dos contratos de fornecimento;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe comercial;Estruturar e organizar a carteira de clientes, garantindo cobertura adequada das regiões de atuação;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Tecnologia, Logística e demais interfaces internas para viabilizar oportunidades e soluções para os clientes;Garantir a governança dos processos comerciais e o acompanhamento dos principais indicadores da vertical;Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e desenvolver soluções em parceria com clientes e áreas internas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em posições comerciais e de liderança;Experiência no desenvolvimento de negócios e gestão de clientes estratégicos;Vivência no segmento industrial, automotivo, de equipamentos ou manutenção;Experiência em negociação, gestão de contratos, preços e rentabilidade;Inglês avançado;Conhecimento em gestão de pipeline e estratégia comercial;Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEISExperiência nos segmentos de atuação da vertical, montadoras ou indústria automotiva;Conhecimento do mercado de lubrificantes e suas aplicações;Experiência em ambientes de vendas técnicas e ciclos comerciais de longo prazo;Vivência com desenvolvimento de produtos ou soluções em parceria com clientes.
