Responsabilidades e atribuições Garantir o cumprimento do orçamento anual da unidade.Garantir a adequada operação da unidade, contemplando o recebimento, o armazenamento e a expedição de produtos.Promover a otimização da produtividade, identificando e solucionando gargalos operacionais e logísticos.Promover ações preventivas para evitar vazamentos de produtos na área operacional.Garantir a disseminação, o conhecimento, a fiscalização e o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, requisitos legais e padrões de segurança.Manter o controle operacional da unidade alinhado aos padrões corporativos, acompanhando seu desempenho por meio de indicadores.Promover a conciliação diária dos estoques, gerenciar variações, mitigar perdas e sobras e realizar o inventário anual.Garantir o atendimento às demandas legais e a conformidade da unidade.Acompanhar as participações operacionais em pools e assegurar a execução e a fiscalização dos contratos de prestação de serviços e armazenagem.Acompanhar a integridade das instalações e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos necessários à continuidade operacional.Atuar com as áreas Comercial e de Suprimentos para apoiar o atingimento do volume de vendas da unidade.Garantir a qualidade dos produtos comercializados, em conformidade com as normas e resoluções vigentes.Identificar as necessidades de investimentos na unidade operacional.Fiscalizar os contratos sob sua gestão, incluindo armazenagem, portaria, conservação, limpeza, vigilância e transporte de pessoal.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação obrigatória: ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência desejável: experiência em operações, gestão de unidades, processos operacionais e logísticos, controle orçamentário, contratos, estoques, manutenção e conformidade.Conhecimentos desejáveis: gestão de indicadores, SMS, legislação aplicável, controle de custos, produtividade, gestão de pessoas e melhoria contínua.
