Estamos buscando Gerente de Projeto ERP Varejo, com experiência em projetos de grande porte e implementação de ERP no segmento de Varejo. É necessário domínio de metodologias tradicionais, ágeis e híbridas, além de forte atuação em gestão de stakeholders, riscos, cronograma e governança.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNa sua rotina de trabalho, você vai se deparar com as seguintes atividades: Planejar, coordenar e acompanhar todas as etapas dos projetos de implementação de ERP Varejo.

Gerenciar escopo, cronograma, orçamento, recursos, riscos, fornecedores e stakeholders.

Conduzir a governança do projeto, reuniões de acompanhamento e fóruns de decisão.

Atuar como facilitador entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia, fornecedores e patrocinadores.

Monitorar indicadores, prazos, entregas e resultados, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos.

Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos e impedimentos ao longo do projeto.

Garantir a aplicação das metodologias e padrões corporativos de gestão de projetos.

Conduzir o processo de aceite das entregas junto às áreas responsáveis.

Elaborar e manter atualizados status reports, documentação, indicadores e lições aprendidas.

Apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas, garantindo alinhamento entre as partes envolvidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConfere abaixo o que você vai precisar saber pra se dar bem nessa oportunidade!CONHECIMENTOS EXIGIDOS: Gestão de projetos e programas de grande porte, preferencialmente em ambientes corporativos complexos. Experiência em implementação de ERP para o segmento de Varejo.

Conhecimento em Oracle Retail Cloud e seus processos/soluções voltados ao varejo.

Domínio de metodologias tradicionais, ágeis e híbridas.

Conhecimento de PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban e Agile Scaling.

Gestão de escopo, cronograma, custos, recursos, riscos, fornecedores e stakeholders.

Conhecimento em governança de projetos, indicadores e acompanhamento de performance.

Experiência com gestão de mudanças, comunicação executiva e tomada de decisão.

Conhecimento em gestão de riscos e resolução de impedimentos.

Capacidade de atuar na integração entre Negócio, Tecnologia, fornecedores e áreas parceiras.

Conhecimento de processos de documentação, controle de entregas, aceite e lições aprendidas.
