Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a operação comercial regional nos estados de MG, RJ e ES, garantindo o cumprimento das metas e dos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe comercial, promovendo uma cultura de alta performance, colaboração e desenvolvimento contínuo.Construir e implementar estratégias comerciais alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio e às particularidades de cada mercado regional.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho comercial (KPIs), identificando oportunidades, tendências e pontos de melhoria.Analisar dados de vendas, produtividade, rentabilidade e desempenho da equipe para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas.Elaborar planos de ação para melhoria de resultados, expansão de mercado e aumento da performance comercial.Realizar gestão de metas, acompanhamento de resultados e feedbacks estruturados com o time.Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com clientes e parceiros estratégicos da região.Monitorar o mercado, a concorrência e as oportunidades de negócio, propondo ações para crescimento regional.Trabalhar em parceria com as demais áreas da empresa, promovendo integração e alinhamento entre as estratégias comerciais e os objetivos organizacionais.Garantir a execução das políticas, processos e diretrizes comerciais da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo.Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gestão comercial.Experiência comprovada em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.Vivência em gestão de metas, indicadores e resultados comerciais.Capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados e tomada de decisões.Perfil estratégico, proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.Disponibilidade para viagens na região de atuação (MG, RJ e ES).Residir no estado do Rio de Janeiro ou em Minas Gerais.DiferenciaisPós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão regional ou atuação em diferentes mercados.Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados e indicadores comerciais.Vivência com CRM, sistemas de gestão de vendas e dashboards.Experiência em desenvolvimento de equipes e implementação de novas estratégias comerciais.
