Será responsável pela gestão estratégica e operacional de Transportes e Pátios da Regional Rio de Janeiro, assegurando segurança, capacidade, nível de serviço, eficiência operacional e rentabilidade.Atuará na contratação, gestão e desenvolvimento de TACs, ETCs, agregados e transportadores parceiros, estruturando uma base competitiva e confiável de fornecedores e garantindo equilíbrio entre custo, capacidade, qualidade e segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar as operações de Transportes e Pátios da Regional Rio de Janeiro e Centro Oeste

. Assegurar a execução operacional com foco em segurança, produtividade, qualidade, nível de serviço e resultados financeiros. Definir e implementar a estratégia de contratação e gestão de TACs, ETCs, agregados e transportadores parceiros. Negociar fretes, tarifas, rotas, reajustes, contratos e demais condições comerciais. Desenvolver uma carteira diversificada e competitiva de transportadores. Monitorar o mercado, a disponibilidade de veículos e a evolução dos preços, antecipando riscos e oportunidades. Garantir capacidade de transporte compatível com a demanda, reduzindo rupturas e concentração de fornecedores. Gerenciar a performance dos transportadores, com foco em custo, disponibilidade, aderência, nível de serviço, qualidade e segurança. Assegar a eficiência dos pátios, abrangendo fluxo de veículos, carregamento, descarga, organização, filas, produtividade e tempo de permanência. Otimizar o giro dos veículos e eliminar tempos improdutivos. Garantir disciplina nos processos de entrada, movimentação, carregamento e saída de veículos. Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua em Transportes e Pátios. Gerenciar indicadores de custo de frete, capacidade, produtividade, aderência, nível de serviço, tempo de permanência, utilização de recursos e rentabilidade. Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas internas e da legislação aplicável ao transporte rodoviário de cargas, incluindo requisitos da ANTT, CIOT, MDF-e, piso mínimo de frete e demais obrigações legais.

Liderar a agenda de Segurança como valor inegociável da operação. Integrar os requisitos de segurança à rotina operacional e à gestão de transportadores. Garantir comportamentos seguros de empregados, motoristas e parceiros. Identificar, avaliar e eliminar riscos em Transportes e Pátios. Manter presença regular nas operações, acompanhando as condições de trabalho e a execução dos procedimentos. Incorporar critérios de segurança à seleção, contratação, avaliação e desenvolvimento de TACs e ETCs. Investigar desvios e incidentes, tratando causas e assegurando a implementação dos planos de ação. Fortalecer a cultura de Cuidado Ativo, disciplina operacional e responsabilidade individual e coletiva.

Liderar, desenvolver e engajar as equipes de Transportes e Operações. Fortalecer a atuação das lideranças e promover o desenvolvimento contínuo de líderes. Definir metas, acompanhar resultados e corrigir desvios com agilidade. Assegurar presença nas operações e proximidade com as equipes. Consolidar uma cultura baseada em senso de dono, disciplina, simplicidade, melhoria contínua e foco em resultados.
