Sua missão será: Executar as estratégias comerciais e atividades de vendas, analisando, organizando e avaliando as informações relevantes sobre o mercado, bem como as diretrizes para a elaboração de planos de ação na área comercial e implementação das estratégias de vendas em uma determinada região, liderando e desenvolvendo a equipe comercial, garantindo a execução dos objetivos de curto, médio e longo prazo da empresa e demandar força com o foco em garantir a satisfação do cliente. Responsável por garantir o sucesso das operações comerciais, maximizando a eficiência e promovendo o crescimento dos negócios Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar informações e dados técnicos para elaboração de planilhas de custos, visando subsidiar a definição dos preços dos serviços oferecidos e elaboração de propostas comerciais.

Elaborar propostas comerciais, apresentar, discutir e negociar com clientes as condições gerais da prestação do serviço, preço e outras cláusulas contratuais.

Acompanhar a execução dos serviços contratados, no que diz respeito aos aspectos comerciais, mantendo contato com o cliente para solução de qualquer pendência.

Captar oportunidades de novos negócios, por meio do acompanhamento do andamento dos trabalhos de campo e contatos com o cliente.

Executar as ações comerciais e estruturação do Sistema de Distribuição da Nitro Agro.

Executar as premissas que servirão de base para o planejamento estratégico da área comercial, acompanhando a execução dos planos de ação.

Elaborar programas de treinamento para time comercial, com o enfoque na qualidade do atendimento, fechamento de venda, etc.

Planejar e organizar reuniões periódicas e convenções periódicas, com a participação de toda a força de vendas da empresa, para análise e avaliação dos resultados atingidos, correção de cursos de ação e identificação de novas oportunidades de vendas.

Executar as estratégias e ações específicas de prospecção de mercado e elaboração de catálogos de produtos, promovendo a sua divulgação junto ao mercado, visando contribuir para incrementar as vendas. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior Completo em Agronomia.

Idiomas: Desejável Inglês nível intermediário.

Experiência: Mínimo de 03 anos de experiência em atividades correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos: Profundo Conhecimento do Setor , Conhecimentos de Ferramentas de Gestão (PDCA, Pareto, 5W2H, etc) , Excel Intermediário , Gestão de Equipe.

Treinamentos Desejáveis: White Belt , SDCA , PDCA , Compliance.
