Valorizamos a diversidade e acreditamos que todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.Responsabilidades e atribuições • Gerir as lojas da regional, garantindo excelência operacional, comercial e financeira, além do cumprimento das diretrizes e processos da companhia;• Liderar e desenvolver os Gerentes de Loja, fortalecendo sua autonomia, capacidade de gestão, formação de equipes e orientação para resultados;• Acompanhar a performance das unidades por meio de indicadores comerciais, financeiros, operacionais e de pessoas, estruturando planos de ação para evolução dos resultados;• Desenvolver estratégias para crescimento da regional, identificando oportunidades de mercado, aumento de participação, expansão de negócios e fortalecimento do relacionamento com clientes;• Garantir o equilíbrio entre crescimento de vendas, rentabilidade, produtividade, qualidade do atendimento e eficiência operacional das lojas;• Atuar de forma próxima às unidades, apoiando os gestores na tomada de decisão e na solução de desafios comerciais, operacionais e de gestão de pessoas;• Fortalecer a cultura e os valores da companhia, garantindo a aplicação dos ritos de gestão e das melhores práticas de liderança e desenvolvimento de pessoas;• Acompanhar o clima organizacional e atuar no desenvolvimento, engajamento e formação de sucessores nas equipes da regional;• Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos e padrões relacionados à Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança e à conservação dos ativos das unidades;Atuação no Rio Grande do Sul e Sul de Santa Catarina.

Requisitos e qualificações • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;• Experiência consistente em gestão comercial e de operações, preferencialmente em estruturas com múltiplas lojas ou unidades;• Experiência em liderança de gestores e desenvolvimento de equipes;• Vivência com gestão de metas, indicadores de performance, produtividade, vendas e rentabilidade;• Capacidade de análise de resultados e elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação;• Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados e indicadores, como Power BI;• CNH categoria B;• Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes pela regional;• Residir no RS ou Curitiba/PR, ou ter disponibilidade para mudança.
