Responsabilidades e atribuições

Acompanhar o time em visitas estratégicas e oferecer orientação especializada, respondendo pelos resultados das agências de sua área de atuação;Gerenciar o planejamento estratégico estabelecido para as agências de sua região, monitorando e atuando a partir do acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho;Promover feedbacks e direcionamentos que fomentem e viabilizem o padrão de excelência e consultoria financeira no atendimento aos cooperados;Promover planos de ação para a busca de novos mercados e o desenvolvimento de estratégias de fidelização de cooperados;Responder pelo clima, pela gestão de pessoas e pelo desenvolvimento dos colaboradores sob sua gestão;Responder pelo cumprimento dos objetivos propostos em produtos, serviços e crescimento da base de cooperados, com foco nos resultados da Cooperativa e na sustentabilidade do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:

Curso superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou área correlata;Pós-graduação em área correlata; Certificação CEA (C-PRO I) e outras certificações aderentes à atuação;Experiência desejável de 6 anos no cargo atual e/ou correlatos, incluindo atuação em gestão de equipes, negócios e mercado financeiro;Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos conforme a necessidade da área, considerando a abrangência das regiões atendidas.Conhecimento Técnico Desejável:
