Estamos buscando uma pessoa para assumir a gestão geral da clínica, atuando como uma verdadeira liderança da unidade e garantindo que a operação funcione de forma organizada, eficiente e alinhada aos padrões da franquia.É uma posição bastante dinâmica, que combina gestão de pessoas, operação, relacionamento, organização e resultados. A função exige uma visão bastante ampla do negócio. Não é uma posição apenas administrativa: o gerente precisa estar próximo da equipe, entender a operação, acompanhar os números e ter disposição para colocar a mão na massa quando necessário.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeguir as instruções de trabalho determinadas em manual de procedimento padrão da empresa;Manter seu local de trabalho sempre limpo e organizado.Liderar e acompanhar os colaboradores, promovendo um ambiente saudável, organizado e produtivo;Distribuir atividades, acompanhar desempenho, dar feedbacks e apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe;Fazer a gestão e organização das agendas dos dentistas, buscando melhor aproveitamento dos horários e qualidade no atendimento aos pacientes;Coordenar o relacionamento com dentistas e demais prestadores de serviços, garantindo alinhamento, pontualidade e cumprimento dos combinados;Gerenciar fornecedores, compras, manutenção e serviços terceirizados da unidade;Acompanhar faturamento, vendas, recebimentos e indicadores de desempenho;Apoiar e acompanhar a equipe comercial, buscando o cumprimento das metas e a conversão de oportunidades em tratamentos;Garantir que os processos administrativos e operacionais sejam cumpridos;Manter a clínica organizada, funcionando adequadamente e dentro dos padrões estabelecidos pela franquia;Identificar problemas, propor soluções e implementar melhorias na rotina;Acompanhar resultados e apresentar informações à gestão/franqueado;Zelar pela experiência do paciente, pela qualidade do atendimento e pela imagem da clínica.Promover a constante melhoria e excelência no atendimento aos clientes, através de reuniões com todos os envolvidos na área comercial;Identificar meios de publicidade e promoções, visando manter o nome da empresa sempre em evidência. - Campanhas promocionais: Lição do Sorriso, Sorriso na empresa e realizar a gestão de campanhas comerciais; Participar de treinamentos técnicos e/ou comportamentais promovidos pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em administração e/ou áreas afins;Informática intermediária;Atendimento e negociação a cliente;Gestão de pessoas;Técnicas de vendas;CompetênciasComunicação: Habilidades para Comunicação; Redação e gramática; Fluência verbal; Boa dicção;Sociais: Relacionamento interpessoal; Trabalho em equipe; Gerenciamento de conflitos;Comportamentais: Proatividade; Empatia; Persuasão; Simpatia; Ética; Comprometimento; Assertividade; Discrição; Dinamismo; Responsabilidade;Organizacionais: Gerenciamento de tempo; Planejamento e organização; Liderança; Atuação estratégica; Saber trabalhar sob pressão.Informações adicionais
