O Centro Especializado em Reabilitação (CER) compõe a Rede de Cuidados à Pessoa com Deficiência, sendo a referência no território para as ações de reabilitação e atua de forma articulada no cuidado integral à pessoa com deficiência, encaminhada pela Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS).

Os CERs se organizam em tipo I, II, III ou IV, de acordo com o número de modalidades de reabilitação disponibilizadas, entre elas física, auditiva, intelectual e visual. Os serviços dispõem de equipes multiprofissionais compostas por médicos, enfermeiros, fisioterapeutas, terapeutas ocupacionais, fonoaudiólogos, psicólogos, sendo que a composição e o número de profissionais variam de acordo com suas modalidades e tamanho.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o pleno funcionamento dos serviços oferecidos na Unidade, bem como prezar pela qualidade no atendimento à população;Monitorar os indicadores e desenvolver ações de melhoria bem como garantir o atingimento de metas estipuladas em Contrato de Gestão (Produção, Qualidade e Equipe Mínima);Monitorar e interceder em tempo oportuno para o alcance das metas contratuais;Compartilhar com os supervisores e gerente regional da SPDM eventuais intercorrências;Planejar e acompanhar a execução do planejamento estratégico da Unidade;Atender e responder as ouvidorias, nos prazos e fluxos estabelecidos, com objetividade;Receber demandas de impressa e seguir o fluxo Institucional e de Secretaria Municipal de Saúde;Garantir o cumprimento de rotinas, normas e regulamentações da Instituição e Secretaria Municipal de Saúde;Realizar a interface com o Corporativo no que tange a resolução de assuntos extraordinários da Unidade;Administrar a verba de suprimento de caixa cumprindo o fluxo institucional de prestação de contas;Acompanhar os fluxos administrativos no que tange os processos conduzidos pela Coordenação Administrativa Regional;Avaliar regularmente o desempenho dos cargos de gestão subordinados, fazendo o uso de ferramentas especiais para este fim;Estabelecer junto ao Coordenador de Serviços de Saúde o calendário de reuniões com as equipes para avaliação conjunta dos resultados;Garantir a integração entre as equipes administrativas e assistenciais dos serviços prestados na Unidade na execução dos processos de trabalho;Prestar esclarecimentos à organização e órgãos competentes, sempre que formalmente convocado;Garantir que sejam cumpridas as diretrizes da Instituição em relação aos procedimentos de Recursos Humanos, observando os prazos, ofícios e circulares vigentes;Participar de reuniões oficiais na Instituição e Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e suas coordenações, sempre que convocado;Zelar pela guarda dos recursos materiais em geral, respondendo pelo patrimônio relacionado em inventário, conferido e atualizado periodicamente;Gerenciar e acompanhar os sistemas oficiais da SMS e SPDM;Gerenciar e acompanhar as agendas e fila de espera, visando otimizar recursos e acesso aos serviços;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo na Área de Saúde (exceto Medicina) ou Administração de Empresas. Pós-Graduação Completa em Administração Hospitalar, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas afins. Informações adicionaisAtuação na zona sul (Ipiranga)Carga horária: 40h
