Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Gestão de Mudança Organizacional, Transformação, Projetos ou atuação como Business Partner.Forte capacidade de relacionamento e comunicação com diferentes públicos.Visão de negócio e capacidade de entender necessidades além da perspectiva de processos ou tecnologia.Perfil colaborativo e facilidade para trabalhar em squads e times multidisciplinares.Capacidade de mapear oportunidades e transformar necessidades do negócio em iniciativas concretas.Boa capacidade de negociação, influência e gestão de conflitos.Organização, autonomia e capacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com múltiplas iniciativas simultâneas.Inglês Avançado.Competências-chave:Visão de negócio | Relacionamento | Comunicação | Colaboração | Gestão de conflitos | Influência | Transformação | Gestão de mudanças | Trabalho em equipeModelo de trabalho: híbrido, com presença no escritório 1 vez por semana, podendo ser no escritório de São Paulo ou na unidade localizada na região de Campinas, de acordo com a localização e a dinâmica do profissional.
