Nessa posição, você terá um papel estratégico na nossa missão de transformar esse momento em uma experiência verdadeiramente memorável.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolvimento de Estratégias Comerciais:Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e desenvolver estratégias de vendas para atingir metas condicionais.Colaborar com a equipe de marketing para implementar campanhas que promovam os serviços da franquia.Gestão de Relacionamentos:Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com escolas, universidades e outras instituições educacionais.Negociar parcerias estratégicas e acordos comerciais para ampliar a presença da franquia na região.Liderança da Equipe Comercial:Recrutar, treinar e liderar uma equipe de vendas dedicada a alcançar as metas condicionais.Fomentar um ambiente de trabalho motivador e focado em resultados.Análise de Mercado e Competitividade:Realizar análises de mercado para identificar tendências, necessidades do cliente e oportunidades concorrenciais.Utilizar dados para ajustar estratégias de vendas e manter a competitividade da franquia.Gestão de Processos de Vendas:Desenvolver e implementar processos eficientes de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento.Liderar e concluir as vendas de grandes contas e principais contratos.Monitorar o desempenho da equipe e implementar melhorias contínuas.Relacionamento com Clientes:Garantir um atendimento excepcional ao cliente, superando as expectativas e construindo uma base de clientes leais.Resolver proativamente quaisquer problemas ou preocupações dos clientes para manter a comunicação positiva da franquia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em gestão comercial, preferencialmente em setores relacionados a serviços educacionais, eventos ou franchising.Conhecimento profundo do mercado e da cultura do Centro-Oeste do Brasil.Habilidades sólidas de liderança e gestão de equipe.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.Orientação para resultados e habilidade comprovada de atingir metas de vendas.Visão estratégica e capacidade de análise de dados para tomada de decisões.Informações adicionaisOportunidade de liderar a estratégia comercial de uma franquia bem estabelecida em uma região em pleno crescimento.Alto potencial de ganhos, diretamente atrelado ao desempenho e aos resultados.Suporte contínuo da franqueadora, com treinamentos, metodologias e recursos de marketing.Atuação em um segmento inspirador, participando ativamente da realização e celebração das conquistas acadêmicas dos jovens.
