Aqui, você encontrará um time de colegas e gestores prontos para apoiar o seu desenvolvimento.Oportunidades de Crescimento: Investimos no crescimento profissional de nossos colaboradores por meio de treinamentos e promoções internas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades Atuar como braço direito da Diretoria, apoiando decisões estratégicas e análises do negócio;Atuar na integração entre Controladoria, Financeiro, Contábil e demais áreas do negócio;Conduzir processos de Budget, Forecast, planejamento financeiro e acompanhamento de resultados;Construir, acompanhar e aprimorar KPIs financeiros e gerenciais;Transformar dados financeiros em análises, insights e recomendações para a Diretoria; Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo organização, autonomia, desenvolvimento e alta performance;Consolidar e apresentar resultados financeiros em nível executivo;Construir relatórios estratégicos e indicadores financeiros;Conduzir análises de desempenho e eficiência de custos;Liderar projetos de melhoria, automação e transformação dos processos financeiros;Buscar novas tecnologias, ferramentas e soluções para aumento de produtividade e eficiência.Transformação esperada:Modernização da atuação da área;Implementação de IA e automações;Revisão de processos e aumento de produtividade;Construção de modelo mais ágil e orientado a dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos TécnicosEnsino superior completo em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência sólida em Controladoria, Finanças, FP&A ou Planejamento Financeiro;Experiência consistente em gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Conhecimento sólido de processos financeiros, contábeis e de Controladoria; Experiência na construção e análise de indicadores financeiros e de performance;

Vivência com IA aplicada à gestão financeira; Experiência na elaboração de relatórios e apresentações para Diretoria;

Capacidade de interpretar dados e transformá-los em recomendações para o negócio;

Experiência na estruturação ou revisão de processos e controles;

Conhecimento de ferramentas de BI, dados, automação e/ou sistemas financeiros.Perfil DesejadoPerfil de alta performance e velocidade de execução;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.Comunicação executiva e habilidade de influência;Experiência em apresentação de resultados para diretoria ( Construção e apresentação de material);Capacidade de estruturar áreas e mudar modelo de atuação;Relacionamento interpessoal forte.Informações adicionaisAtuação 100% presencial (Mogi das Cruzes/SP);Ambiente ágil, colaborativo e orientado a aprendizado contínuo e inovação;Salário e benefícios compatíveis com mercado.
