O Gestor de Manutenção Mecânica e Caldeiraria é o responsável por garantir a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade dos ativos mecânicos e sistemas de caldeiraria da unidade industrial, liderando diretamente a equipe de execução e coordenando o planejamento tático da manutenção. O cargo exige forte presença em campo (aproximadamente 70% do tempo), com atuação focada na orientação, acompanhamento e desenvolvimento do time, complementada por atividades de planejamento e gestão administrativa (30% do tempo). Reporta diretamente ao Supervisor de Manutenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuições  •      Liderar, orientar e acompanhar diariamente a equipe de mecânicos e caldeireiros nas atividades de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva • Distribuir e priorizar ordens de serviço conforme criticidade dos ativos e impacto na produção • Acompanhar a execução dos serviços em campo, garantindo qualidade, segurança e cumprimento de prazos • Realizar inspeções e rondas operacionais para identificar desvios, falhas incipientes e oportunidades de melhoria • Orientar tecnicamente a equipe na resolução de problemas e na execução de reparos complexos • Promover DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) e garantir o cumprimento das NRs aplicáveis (NR-12, NR-13, NR-33, entre outras) • Identificar necessidades de capacitação e desenvolver o potencial dos liderados •

      Planejamento e Gestão Administrativa (30% do tempo) • Elaborar e acompanhar o plano de manutenção mecânica e caldeiraria (preventiva, preditiva e corretiva) • Gerenciar o backlog de ordens de serviço e o cumprimento do plano de manutenção (% de execução) • Controlar o consumo de materiais, sobressalentes e serviços de terceiros, garantindo o uso eficiente dos recursos • Participar do planejamento de paradas programadas (entressafra e manutenção maior) • Interagir com planejamento e operação para alinhar prioridades e cronogramas

Requisitos e qualificações •

      Formação técnica completa em Mecânica, Caldeiraria, Manutenção Industrial ou áreas afins (obrigatório) • Registro ativo no CREA (desejável)• Experiência comprovada em manutenção mecânica industrial e caldeiraria (mínimo de 5 anos) • Experiência em liderança de equipe operacional (mínimo de 3 anos) • Vivência em ambiente industrial de processo contínuo (preferencialmente sucroenergético, químico ou siderúrgico)• Sólido conhecimento em manutenção mecânica: bombas, redutores, trocadores de calor, vasos de pressão, tubulações, válvulas, sistemas de acionamento • Domínio em caldeiraria: soldagem, corte, leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, inspeção de equipamentos (NR-13) • Conhecimento em manutenção preditiva: análise de vibração, termografia, análise de óleo (desejável) • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de manutenção (CMMS/EAM) • Conhecimento em gestão de segurança do trabalho aplicada à manutenção (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-33, NR-35) • Noções de gestão de custos e controle orçamentário de manutenção• Liderança prática e orientada a campo — capacidade de conduzir a equipe pela proximidade e pelo exemplo • Tomada de decisão rápida e técnica — decidir no gemba com base em dados e experiência • Comunicação clara e assertiva — com a equipe, com pares e com a liderança • Foco em resultados e disponibilidade — comprometimento com metas de disponibilidade e confiabilidade • Disciplina operacional — rigor no cumprimento de procedimentos, planos e rotinas • Proatividade e visão preventiva — antecipar falhas e agir antes que virem paradas não programadas
