Garantir a gestão eficiente das áreas Contábil, Fiscal e Controladoria, assegurando a conformidade com as normas contábeis e legislação vigente, a integridade das informações financeiras, o cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento e obrigações acessórias, além de fornecer suporte estratégico à tomada de decisão por meio de análises e relatórios gerenciais.Responsabilidades e atribuições •Gerir as áreas contábil, fiscal e controladoria assegurando processos e prazos• Suporte aos departamentos nas classificações contábeis e transações dos módulos do Protheus• Elaboração de balanços, demonstrações de resultados e apresentações (mensal, trimestral e anual)• Realizar fechamentos e análise de resultados mensais;• Atuar no monitoramento e melhorias dos processos contábeis;• Realizar obrigações acessórias;• Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos do cronograma de fechamento• Encerramento das rotinas de estoque e imobilizado• Supervisionar as apurações dos impostos diretos e indiretos e entrega das obrigações acessórias• Atendimento das auditorias interna e externa• Gerenciamento das provisões contábeis• Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais• Atualização constante das normas contábeis e legislação fiscal• Elaborar Planejamento Tributário e acompanhar• Garantir a integridade dos lançamentos contábeis e reconciliações• Gerir as operações de importação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica com Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis. Pós-graduação/MBA em Controladoria, Tributação, Finanças ou áreas similares;Experiência em gestão de equipes, preferencialmente com vivência em empresas de locações de equipamentos;Excel avançado e Pacote Office completo;Conhecimento nos módulos do Totvs Protheus;Perfil atualizado com a Reforma Tributária;IFRS e fechamento de Balanços;Experiência nas áreas contábil, fiscal e controladoria;CRC Ativo.Informações adicionaisRemuneração competitiva com base na experiência;Benefícios adicionais como assistência médica, odontológica e vale-refeição;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional;Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencial na região da Faria Lima.
