Estamos em busca de um(a) Gestor(a) Geral para liderar a operação da clínica, garantindo excelência na gestão administrativa, financeira, comercial e de pessoas. Buscamos um profissional com perfil estratégico, forte capacidade de liderança e visão de negócio, que tenha experiência na gestão de clínicas e seja capaz de estruturar processos, desenvolver equipes e impulsionar os resultados da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriar e/ou participar do desenvolvimento e implementação do plano estratégico do negócio, garantindo alinhamento com propósito, direcionamento gerencial e lucro aos investidores;Supervisionar o fluxo operacional da clínica, assegurando o funcionamento eficiente e alinhado aos padrões de excelência;Supervisionar/conferir e otimizar as rotinas financeiras, garantindo controle de custos, orçamentos e fluxo de caixa;Acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais, administrativos (pessoas e financeiro) e comerciais;Implementar e acompanhar os processos de recursos humanos, como recrutamento, treinamento e gestão de desempenho;Realizar manutenção da cultura organizacional alocando os profissionais com os devidos perfis, conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes às respectivas funções;Garantir a conformidade com todas as regulamentações e políticas de saúde e segurança da clínica;Gerenciar e aprimorar o atendimento aos pacientes, promovendo uma experiência personalizada para todos;Supervisionar as rotinas comerciais, incluindo prospecção de novos pacientes e relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos;Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas consultivas, com foco em aumentar o volume e a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos;Realizar reuniões periódicas (de acordo com o schedule de reuniões) com as equipes de atendimento, financeiro, marketing, comercial e técnica para alinhar diretrizes e metas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos POPs e fluxos operacionais para otimizar a produtividade e a qualidade dos serviços;Promover a integração e a comunicação eficaz entre os setores, garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da clínica;Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, oferecendo suporte e feedback constante para garantir o desenvolvimento contínuo;Coordenar a gestão logística de materiais, insumos e equipamentos, assegurando que a clínica esteja sempre bem abastecida e funcionando sem interrupções;Implementar ações de fidelização e retenção de pacientes, utilizando indicadores de satisfação (Pesquisa de satisfação de NPS);Criar e implementar um cronograma de reuniões e treinamentos para a equipe com o objetivo de promover melhoria contínua na operação;Ser o principal ponto de contato entre a médica e as equipes operacionais, garantindo que todas as metas sejam comunicadas e alcançadas;Estabelecer KPIs operacionais e monitorar a performance das equipes, propondo melhorias contínuas;Desenvolver políticas de gestão de estoque, evitando desperdícios e otimizando custos operacionais;Acompanhar / Supervisionar os agendamentos da clínica, promovendo uma agenda produtiva e efetiva para a clínica;Supervisionar a ocupação das salas de atendimento e procedimentos, otimizando a eficiência do uso do espaço;Supervisionar/coordenar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva das instalações e equipamentos, garantindo um ambiente seguro e agradável para pacientes e equipe;Desenvolvimento, implementação e acompanhamento de OKRs;Realizar fechamentos comerciais com pacientes High Ticket.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência anterior em cargos de gestão, preferencialmente em clínicas médicas ou de estética;Vivência em gestão de pessoas, processos e indicadores;Conhecimento em gestão financeira e administrativa;Experiência com planejamento estratégico e acompanhamento de resultados;Familiaridade com vendas consultivas e negociações de alto valor;Conhecimento em implementação e acompanhamento de KPIs e OKRs.Informações adicionaisContratação: PJModelo: PresencialPalhano 2, Londrina - PRJornada: Segunda à sexta (horário comercial) 09:00 as 18:00 ou 10:00 às 19:00Salário: 5.000,00 + Bonificação alinhada com a Dra após período de experiência
