São mercados valiosos, onde a Engeform agrega sua experiência e conhecimento para proporcionar uma performance diferenciada aos veículos de investimento sob sua gestão.Estamos com uma oportunidade para a unidade de Gestão de Recursos para atuar como Gestor de Fundo ImobiliárioResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtribuições e Responsabilidades:- Visão estratégica para identificar novos negócios e estruturar teses de investimento sólidas no segmento imobiliário sendo responsável pela gestão de fundos de base imobiliária, monitorando estratégia, tese e resultado baseado na gestão ativa da carteira dos fundos. Caberá a esse profissional também identificar e avaliar novas oportunidades de negócio no mercado imobiliário, conduzindo devidas diligências (due diligence) de ativos e operações. -A função inclui ainda o acompanhamento de indicadores de performance dos fundos, a interlocução com cotistas, administradores, custodiantes e demais prestadores de serviço, além da elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e materiais de comunicação com o mercado. - Também é esperado que o(a) gestor(a) monitore o cenário macroeconômico e regulatório do setor imobiliário e de fundos de investimento, antecipando riscos e oportunidades. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: - Experiência sólida em gestão de fundos imobiliários ou em áreas correlatas do mercado de capitais e real estate, com histórico comprovado de gestão e condução de teses de investimento. -Necessário conhecimento aprofundado da estrutura e regulamentação de FIIs (CVM, normas da B3 e legislação aplicável), assim como sólida capacidade analítica para avaliação de ativos imobiliários e operações estruturadas.Formação:- Certificações como CGA e CGE. - Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins é esperada, sendo desejável pós-graduação, MBA.
