Estamos em busca de um Gestor de Mídias Sociais para atuar na captação e produção de conteúdos para as redes sociais da empresa, realizando gravações de vídeos, registros fotográficos de eventos e bastidores, edição de vídeos e fotos, criação de carrosséis e acompanhamento de trends, além do planejamento e publicação dos conteúdos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Captação de Mídia: Gravação de vídeos, sessões de fotos de eventos, rotina e bastidores.- Edição e Design: Edição de vídeos curtos com cortes e legendas dinâmicas, tratamento de fotos e criação de carrosséis.- Publicação e Trends: Mapeamento de áudios em alta, redação de legendas/CTAs e agendamento de posts.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Principais:- Graduação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas.- Experiência prévia comprovada no gerenciamento de redes sociais.- Domínio de Edição: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva e/ou Photoshop/Lightroom.- Técnicas de Gravação: Noções de iluminação, enquadramento, áudio e operação de equipamentos (smartphone com boa câmera, iluminação portátil e lapela).- Formatos de Redes Sociais: Domínio da dinâmica de retenção (ganchos nos primeiros 3 segundos, ritmo de corte) e boas práticas do Instagram, TikTok e YouTube Shorts.- Perfil Desejado: Curiosidade para testar novas tecnologias, agilidade na entrega de materiais e forte apelo estético.- Ferramentas de IA: Prática com geradores de texto, de imagem e de áudio.Diferenciais Recomendados:- Portfólio Prático: Apresentação de conteúdos já produzidos (ex: vídeos curtos editados, carrosséis e fotos).- Equipamento Próprio: Smartphone com boa qualidade de câmera (ex: linha iPhone ou Android equivalente), microfone de lapela, estabilizador ou iluminação (Ring Light/Led portátil).Informações adicionaisRemuneração: 2 salários (R$3.242,00)
