Atuamos como parceiros de crescimento, combinando gestão profissional, governança, inteligência de mercado, operação e conexões estratégicas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais são as atribuições da vaga?Gerenciar a execução da obra, acompanhando todas as etapas do empreendimento, do planejamento à entrega;Coordenar equipes próprias, empreiteiros e fornecedores, garantindo o alinhamento das atividades em campo;Acompanhar e controlar o cronograma físico-financeiro, medições, custos, produtividade e recursos da obra;Realizar a leitura, análise e compatibilização de projetos arquitetônicos, estruturais e complementares;Supervisionar os serviços de estrutura, alvenaria, fachadas, instalações, acabamentos e demais frentes de trabalho;Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança do trabalho, organização e execução definidos pela empresa;Monitorar indicadores da obra e elaborar relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento da liderança;Identificar riscos, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria, propondo soluções técnicas e ações preventivas;Conduzir reuniões de obra e alinhar prioridades, entregas e responsabilidades com as equipes envolvidas;Apoiar o processo de entrega do empreendimento, assegurando a conformidade técnica e documental.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa?Formação superior completa em Engenharia Civil;Registro ativo no CREA;Vivência na gestão e execução de edifícios residenciais verticais de grande porte;Domínio de planejamento e controle de obras, cronogramas físico-financeiros, medições e gestão de custos;Conhecimento em leitura e compatibilização de projetos;Conhecimento técnico em estrutura, alvenaria, fachadas, instalações e acabamentos;Capacidade de gestão de equipes, empreiteiros e fornecedores;Conhecimento das normas e práticas de qualidade e segurança do trabalho aplicáveis à construção civil;Capacidade analítica para tomada de decisão e resolução de desafios técnicos no canteiro.Informações adicionaisO que é um diferencial para esta posição?Atuação em empreendimentos residenciais com mais de 30 pavimentos, especialmente obras de alto padrão e torres de grande complexidade;Familiaridade com ferramentas de planejamento, controle de obras, gestão de indicadores e metodologias como Lean Construction, Linha de Balanço ou BIM;Organização, planejamento, senso de dono e responsabilidade pelas entregas;Comunicação clara, boa atuação em equipe, proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;Presença ativa no canteiro, com capacidade de antecipar riscos, conduzir prioridades e cobrar resultados.
