The posting

Projetar, coordenar, executar e fiscalizar sistemas elétricos de alta tensão (Subestações acima de 69 kV). Realizar estudos técnicos, elaborar projetos e acompanhar obras e manutenções, garantindo eficiência energética, segurança e conformidade com normas técnicas e regulamentos das nossas obras.  Será responsável por liderar equipes no canteiro de obras, alinhar deliverables com o cliente/fiscalização e acompanhar de perto o cronograma e os custos do projeto.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Pessoas e Canteiro: Gerencia obras de subestações elétricas, liderar equipes, terceirizadas e administrativas (Suprimentos/RH); mobilizar e desmobilizar canteiros de obras.Acompanhamento e Planejamento: Controlar o cronograma executivo da obra, alocar profissionais e reportar o andamento das atividades à gestão.Qualidade e Fiscalização: Validar etapas da obra junto ao fiscal/cliente, emitir fichas de verificação de serviço e elaborar relatórios técnicos. Suprimentos e Custos: Levantar necessidades de materiais e equipamentos (ERP), negociar com fornecedores e apoiar na elaboração/controle de orçamentos e prestação de contas.Medições e Fechamento: Realizar e acompanhar as medições de serviços para aprovação e emissão de notas fiscais.Segurança e Responsabilidade Técnica: Apoiar nas rotinas de Segurança do Trabalho e atuar como responsável técnico pela obra (ART/CREA).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Engenharia Elétrica.Experiência:Experiência comprovada em construção de subestações;Experiência em gestão de obras;Experiência em gestão de equipes na montagem de equipamentos de subestação Disponibilidade para atuação nos estados do Amazonas e Roraima;CNH Categoria B;CREA Ativo;Possuir experiência comprovada em construção de subestações com coordenação de equipes Eletromecânicas e de Força e Controle.
